Free delivery over £20 so it's worth adding a protein bar or two to your order.

Good pre workout for the money, i recommend taking this at a 2 scoop serving.

Doses at 2 scoops
Pump Components
L-Citrulline 4 g: this is the clinical dose, pure citrulline as well not malate
Hydromax 2 g: good in addition to the L-citrulline.
Taurine 1g: Further aids cellular expansion.

Vaso-6 300 mg: Increased blood flow.
Enhanced oxygen and nutrient delivery.
Powerful muscle pumps.
Reduced fatigue.
Boosts performance and stamina

Energy Components
Caffeine Anhydrous 250 mg: normal dose, fine dose.
Teacrine 250 mg: A new stimulant, it works pretty well.
N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine 500 mg: Mood enhancing.
N-Methyl-L-Tyromine HCL 30 mg: Energy enhancing.
Theobromine 50 mg: Kind of like caffeine.
Cocoabuterol 15 mg: Trade-marked fanciness.

Additional
Beta-alanine 3.2 grams: very good dose

Conclusion : this is a much better option than what alot of people are using at the budget level. This can work as a solid daily driver.

Thoughts on My proteins range of Pre workouts?

Not what I'd go for myself

I'd avoid the range but 1 is ok

"the pre workout+" isn't that bad at about £27. 98 with codes and shipping

But there's better out there, i guess it's good for someone who doesn't really care about their supplements? But wants something that'll work enough

You've got to think you can get stimumax pro for the same price range

If it's ok for world class tennis players it good enough for me.

Strong cup of coffee and no nookie is the best pre workout . Just friendly banter from a guy that’s tried everything from ephedrine to ultimate orange

Original Jack3d was crazy. All the pre workouts now are stale with tiny dosage amounts below the recommended effective amounts.

As you said just have a cup of coffee and buy a bulk bag of citrulline malate (8 grams) or another decent vasodilator ingredient

"All pre workouts are stale with tiny amounts below the recommended effective amounts"

There's loads of very heavily dosed pre workouts.

Your just looking at the wrong places.

You can still get dmaa and dmha ones if you know where to look.
I've got two servings of rocky KO round 2 which is much stronger than the og jack3d by a mile.

AGmass, DMAA, DMHA, VASO6, Yohimbine HCL, Synephrine

Also you can't get proper citrulline malate which is malic acid bonded to citrulline, ask a manufacturer and they'll say they can't get it bonded, just mixed so defeats the point, better to get straight citrulline.

Honestly man I'd love to post premium pre workouts on here but even a budget option stays at zero heat lol

"Fact"... 🤭🤡

Each ingredient is heavily documented, is laziness a trait of yours? 🤭

How much of a background do you have in this field? Or is the university of life treating you well?

How does this compare to C4? That was the last Preworkout I had, and I was unimpressed with the energy boost tbh.

Big difference, if you want a even bigger difference then I've seen black magic bzrk dmha version and gorilla alpha yeti juice drop under £30.

Would be best to test your tolerancess with smaller doses of those two.

Here's this to give you abit of an idea of c4 vs something decent

Ahaha there's a couple of you lately.

Supplemtents are a very tough sell on here, it's usually junk that gets heat, that's junk without a personal bias.

If you want to try a good pre workout HR labs are doing 2 samples for £2 delivered + discount if you got a tub in future

Its called defib

Looks like your knowledge hasn't moved on from 1983

So your gonna eat 1kg of beef everyday to get 5g of creatine?

Eat a English walnut tree for the extract?

As i said university of life

You know most people actually have a pre workout meal and take their pre workout because what's in their pre workout isn't available in food.

A banana ain't exactly an amazing pre workout food, Karbolyn is much better

Like if you wanted a decent workout carb source then
Karbolyn 25000mg
Citrulline Malate 2000mg
Glycerol Monostearate 1000mg
Electrolyte Complex 400mg

Banana doesn't equal pre workout supplemtent alternative
Banana = workout carb source for glycogen production

Its really simple

And your diet shouldn't be low in potassium anyways If you eat like an adult.

Didnt say you were doing anything wrong?

You came to the comments saying that a banana will work better than a pre workout.

When they are two completely different things.

One is a pre workout meal, one is a pre workout supplemtent.

And yet you haven't brought up anything to discredit me that isn't based on opinion or a misconception.

And at no point have i said you don't need to to continue with a suitable diet reaching your macros...

Anecdotal vs studies and the popular consensus of the industry.

Just lots of things assumed as well.

Literally all a banana is a carb source and some potassium.

Your mind will melt if i told you about peptides.
