I have been researching low / mid priced pressure washers intensely for the last few days and I have finally decided on this model.

According to Price-history UK this is the cheapest price it has been on Argos since January 2018.

This model is also Spear & Jacksons most powerful Pressure Washer yet!

My only concern is the lack of foam nozzle in the accessories.

2000 watt universal motor.
Flow rate 330 litres/hour.
Rated bar - 110.
Max bar - 160.
Suitable for medium to heavy tasks.
7m hose.
7m mains cable.
Wheeled for ease of use.
Maximum temperature of 40°C.

Accessories include:

  • Standard lance.
  • Pressure adjustable lance - allows you to alter the level of water pressure to suit the task.
  • Car wash brush.
  • Wash brush for long life operation.
  • Quick connector.
  • Patio cleaner.
  • Low pressure detergent gun.
  • On board tank.
  • On board storage.
  • Weight 13kg.
  • Manufacturer's 3 year guarantee.

Have you looked at the aldi one? 450l/h iirc and £40 cheaper .
Avoid this, an effective PW needs high pressure but also as important is water flow rate. If you have very high pressure but water coming out is the size of a pencil tip, would be rather useless.
This is has a very poor 330l flow rate.
I purchased nilfisk c120 for £97 . Nilfisk has a flow rate of 440l. The foam nozzles tend to be rather poor, worthwhile to invest in an quality snow lance.

Hi
Is it worth buying the Aldi one?
I bought a titan from screwfix but I notice it’s 360l/h ... or is it ok?

Would the Autobrite lance fit this Spear & Jackson unit?

360l/h isn't too great. Longevity will be unknown with Aldi. Nilfisk is pound for pound the best value/quality. The motors in nilfisk are metal and last longer.

This one is £85 plus £5 voucher from Argos. Pressure is rated 85bar. Ignore the max pressure, that is just the initial burst. Flow rate is an impressive 440.
If you look at say karcher to get 440l rate you need to spend £200 upwards
If you want attachments than this is a good buy , has a 3 year warranty. Very impressive hose length at 8m.

Think autobrite come with different formats for different machines.
Thanks adamderak.
I returned the Titan and bought the Aldi one today. I didn’t realise the motor wasn’t as good as the Nilfisk. Will check that one out instead. Many thanks again for the advice

Hi,
I thought that I would just update this. I spoke with Aldi on Monday and they have just called me back to say that-the motor is metal and the pump is aluminium
