I bought the earlier model of this years ago and it was great and cycled thousands of miles on it. Then I bought a full carbon fibre bike. Look around and get a full carbon bike - its worth it. I haven't looked, but I expect there are some that have been mentioned on here recently. It really is worth the time looking to find the bike and you won't regret it.

There's carbon fibre, and then there's carbon fibre. Meaning there is plenty of £600 bikes out there with no-name no-spec carbon forks sourced from who knows where, which I personally am suspicious of. And then there's the high grade carbon found on expensive race and mountain bikes.
This is a good deal though, as Specialized FACT is a recognised grade of carbon. More importantly, this bike is E5 alu frame and far better than their A1 alloy, which is very ordinary, and heavy. Good deal.

Yep, it is a good deal. At RRP you are paying a bit more for the brand. A pretty equivalent bike from Boardman is £585 for reference. halfords.com/bik…tml (edited)

Woah, utter bargain. I own an Allez and dumped well over 3500 miles on it.

    absolutely recommended it

Price varies vastly depending on the groupset though

It would be a good deal if other sizes other than XXS were available. What's the point..?

If you’re Warwick Davis then this is a good deal.

Now this is a decent option for a first road bike

Through ride to work, the trek fx2 disc hybrid works out at about £390. I just want a commuter. You seem to know your stuff, does that sound ok?

Do you have link to the specific model you're looking at? Myself and the other bike nuts can give you our opinions.

Hi would you mind sharing your thoughts on fazua motor powered e-bikes? I’m looking at Vitus Esubstance road bike for myself.
And what would be a good ebike for a 35 year old female with basic fitness for using the bike in parks or cycle routes with a child. Prefer dutch style handlebar.

Excellent deal for the extra extra small among us. <£500 means a 3% ownership fee instead of 7% which is nice. About £25/month for a year on higher tax bracket or £30/month for lower

Good bike. i just converted my old allez sport to electric and its been reborn as a sweet, sweet powered ride. Id suggest this would also make a great, cheap "donor" bike for an ebike project.
