Thanks op, ordered, great price

Great find, bought a black pair, thanks!

Nice one op ordered

Damn, I bought them when you found them at £28.99 and thought that was a bargain.
Have more heat

Anyone advise on sizing are they big, small or just right for the sizes? I mean did your usual shoe size fit?

How are you finding them? They were still a bargain at that price tbf

Bargain thank you op

This was only up last week.
And yes Rutland leisure and Rutland cycling are the same company.

Yeah, here last week.ordered some and more the happy with them. I wouldn't order a euro size above though as mine are now slightloy to big for me.

They are not the most attractive pair of shoes I've ever seen. 👻

Great, they are a replacement for my original specialized shoes which although very comfortable were now very worn out, I bought the 42's which are just slightly too tight and as such I can only wear thin socks with them but they are a summer shoe only I guess

This is from their outlet store on eBay, that was from their normal online store. Unfortunately, they do not seem to be offering the collect from Argos service through eBay, whereas they offer collect plus on their regular online store.

Loads of reviews on Rutland's regular online store state they come up small, but Be79n, above, says not to.

Plus £9.99 p&p.

Got it this week.

Not one of the pleasant looking shoes. Looks more like the 90's trainers from front top.

Anyways, does anyone suggest cheap essential cleats and pedals for this anywhere?

I'd go for Shimano M540 (clip on both sides) or A530 (hybrid so flat on one side and clip on the other - means you don't need your SPD shoes on all the time). Both come with decent quality cleats.

Bought some of these shoes for my son the other day and they can be run on flat pedals or a bit can be cut out of the bottom to allow cleats to be fitted. The rubber is not sticky though, so not great on flats.

I wear size 44 Shimano and I'd say they come up about the same.

The definitely are not winter shoes though as they're a mesh top and there are bits on the sole to let the shoe breathe that will let water in if you stand in a puddle.

Thanks very much, went for the A530's got £5 off as it was more than £30.

Ordered the black pair on Wednesday evening. I'm normally size 6.5 and based on reviews, ordered size 7 (41). Excellent support, fit like a glove and so comfortable that i've just placed an order for the blue.

They're not stiff like my Shimano SPDs so won't get that extra performance when riding but i'm no Chris Froome! Happy to sacrifice that given the all-round comfort.

I won't be riding in them for a while due to an injury but given zero heel lift and good support, can't foresee any issues as long as the cleats stay put; being Specialized I'm sure they'll be fine.

Well worth the money. Thanks again OP

*edit* forgot to mention that my black pair came with a spare pair of laces in a lime green colour which was a pleasant surprise.
