Do you know how long this on for?

Great deal, I've got a £3 off £30 spend voucher to use aswell.
I wonder if it's any coincidence that they've been raising fuel prices over the last few weeks though

How much is their diesel?

In my area of Manchester, Sainsbury's fuel is nearly always a penny cheaper than Asda or Tesco

None of the Sainsburys in Milton Keynes have petrol stations

Only a £30 spend needed?

My local Sainsburys is only £1.06.9 a litre so the voucher would take me under the magic feel good rate of <£1ltr

Isn't the Nectar points double value event starting around the same date as well ?

Shame the magic 99.9p barrier was not broken nationally and prices creeping up again....
Anyone know if Sainsbury phone topups are included in the £30 spend?

They are not included (says on point 2. of terms and conditions).

Joke, my local Spar is spend £15 get 10p for per llitre bringing it down to 96.9p

Wohoo

But having fallen recently fuel prices are starting to creep up again - cartel back in business?

Still, 10p/litre off is worth having whatever the price.

For anyone really desperate, you can buy something, get the voucher, and then return whatever you have bought... Bag the 10p off per litre
Not the most ethical way about it but may suit some people.

Do you need a till spit voucher with this offer from a previous shop before you can use it? That's how most Sainsbury's fuel offers work. If so this isn't available to everyone.

I recently got a 10p/litre off offer for spending £15 on cleaning products - fortunately the ones I wanted were on offer so it was worthwhile.

How long is this on for doesn anyone know?

It's annoying that spirits and liqeurs are excluded - but this ALWAYS happens at Sainburys! Wine and beer are, of course, OK!

Tesco offers are much better for spirits drinkers!:p

It would cost me a fortune to drive to your local spar Given that, the Sainsburys deal works out better for me personally and probably the 98% of people who don't live down the road from you

Thanks OP

.....when comparing this to the Tesco Clubcard Fuelsave promo, there is no comparison.....

Spend £30 in Sainsburys in one day for 10p off OR spend £250 in Tescos........(_;)

They have all been raising their prices everywhere. Oil prices are back to 60 dollars per barrel. This is gradually feeding back to the pump prices.

Of course you don't get the full page ad in the Sun to announce Supermarket price rises.

Or go to Aldi/Lidl and get the same things for £14.20.

Ahh that explains them pumping up the price in Oxford city from £1.11 to £1.15. And d soon as this is running it'll go up another penny and then you'll be getting 5p off pet litre in real terms.

I love both of the retailers you've mentioned!!

Could you please link me to their fuel deals ?

Cheers

Funny fuel prices go up has soon as oil prices go up but do they go down has soon as oil prices go down?:D

This is very useful, will be driving around 1200 miles in the next week, so bound to be near a Sainsbury's petrol station, shame it does not include spirits though

Please answer the question.

What mugs we all are. The economy is on the mend (oh yeah?) - most of it was down to falling crude prices. Make the most of it... my mate in the US phoned last night to say gasoline prices are rising quickly there.
Here in this region 3 weeks ago there was a price variation of nearly 6p between petrol stations in a 8 mile radius, the dearest was 105.9, the cheapest 102.9. I had the latest info yesterday and every single one of them is 109.9 bar one at 110.9.
One had just gone to 111.9.
I'm going to spend that 30 quid this evening (also got a £3 off voucher sent to me as well), get that coupon and fill up quick!!! I suggest you do the same. Before the 10p off becomes 0p off (in real terms).

We are soooo gullible in this country. The bottom line is it's just to entice you into Sainsburys or online. We get ripped off like there is no tomorrow. I don't, because I visit all the supermarkets, big and small, inc Lidl and Aldi - lucky here, we have every one of them bar a 'big' Tesco.
Even have a Spar 5 mins walk, so might have a look at that £15 spend to get 10p off a litre mentioned - but is that a wind up? Which petrol station would that be for? Do Spar have any petrol stations?

A lot of Spars are petrol station shops
