I definitely won't. I'm just sharing in case it helps anyone else that's never used ASOS before.
Thanks. On all 3 cards. Any codes to combine with this? Otherwise via TCB this weekend most people here have probably been able to sign up for the bonus £3.

Yep asos have gone really bad

I ordered 4 items with £30 off £175 spend.. they cancelled one item and then wouldn’t honour the discount code @ £170 spend

They wouldnt even offer me £20 or £10 which you got for lower spends amounts..

Sent the lot back after blunt response from customer services

Or spend £0 at Asos and save £60 plus you don't have to put up with a load of poor quality clothing
Thanks, will combine this with the 20% student discount soon
They accepted a return after 30 days when quilted jacket was showing wools from the stitches.
Indifferent customer service with hit and miss house brand product quality - more miss than hit, recently.

That said, if you stick to known brands you can be assured of quality and still make use of the discount, so it’s definitely a hot deal.

Awful company. Awful clothes. Zero customer service. Avoid
Not used them loads but always been happy with quality.

I’ll be ordering this with the £10 off £80 voucher for summer holiday clothes

Used them for years. Never got an order wrong, always refunded everything I sent back (and very quickly) and have even refunded one or two items I wore then realised the quality was poor and sent back later.

The quality of their own brand stuff is very hit and miss but the service has always been on point for me
Where do you hear about these AMEX deals? I have a card, but never hear about any offerd

I bought some £100 trainers at RRP from them.
Paid extra for next day delivery as it was for a birthday present.

They despatched them and then courier was told to bring them back to ASOS at 3am for no reason.

Customer service proudly pointed out I would get a full refund and not to worry - had no clue why someone would be unhappy with my experience.

I wonder whether you would've been pleased?

Oh wow, did that one isolated bad thing happen to a stranger on the internet? I had no idea.

Guess I should ignore the ten years of good service I've personally had and stop using them then.

Although if you know where to look you can get stuff much cheaper

£100 replay and diesel jeans in sale are £40-£50 cheaper on Zalando / brands alley
I know this is nothing to do with the deal but whatever your opinion of ASOS, it was so sad to hear about what happened to the majority shareholder's children in the Sri Lanka terrorist attack.

Been using ASOS for around 3 years - never had any issues with them.
ASOS is okay, I pay for the yearly next day delivery, refunds are a bit slow though. They also have sales on all the time. I avoid their own brand clothing because they're of poor quality. I ordered a shirt with a button hole stitched up, jokers. Sizes are always too big too. (for me anyway)
