Worth it?
Each £1 spent at Sainsbury's is equivalent to one Nectar point. However, when redeemed at the checkout the value is actually 0.5p. This means 500 Nectar pointsis equivalent to £2.50, and 1,000 points will mean you get £5 off.

so instead of giving us £5 vouchers they have the same promotion in nectar points.

So it’s the same as getting a £5 Argos voucher on a £50 spend like Argos normally do...except nectar points can be used elsewhere AND can be doubled up at other places.I doubled mine up at eBay last year. Or should I say, spent £20 in points and got £10 back.
Can we do, say, three separate £100+ transactions and get three lots of bonus points?
