Welcome . We are getting a new kitchen fitted soon so I am interested in this . In a quick research I found that , as these taps have extra moving parts than normal kitchen sink taps so they may start leaks and secondly keeping them hygienically clean will be problem . Any views or suggestion welcome .

HI there. I wouldnt worry too much about the hygiene aspect of this tap as they will last as long as any normal tap. If you are worried look out for the WRAS symbol on the box as this is the Water Regulation Advisory Scheme. If this logo is on there then I wouldnt hesitate in fitting it. I have installed many taps similar to these in customers houses and they have never come back to me with any issues. As for them leaking as long as they are installed correctly there should not be any problems there.

Hope that helps

If you are worried about buying from Aldi then don't be, everything I have had from there is quality, great shop.

These taps come with a 5 year warranty! It says so on the side of the box. I've bought one. If they were tat then I'm sure they wouldn't say that!

I'm having a new kitchen fitted soon. The price for the same tap from my kitchen quote was £240.00 !

You can fit these taps as long as a check valve is also fitted as it mentions on the screwfix website

can somebody please give me the telephone number of the help line for this product? I seem to have lost it!
