Wouldn't be surprised if Amazon price match this soon tbh. Good price, love my mine and haven't touched my joycons since!
I like the look of this
I wonder what the build quality is like, with regards to the annoying joycon drift?

Not on mine. Had it since the last deal on here a month or so. It’s a really nice alternative to joy con.
My boys left pad goes to top-left about 80% of the time his thumbs off it, would’ve jumped on these but not sure due to lack of wireless etc, or would it be best to suck it up and buy a new official set as well and just use these for handheld?
Just had a quick look on amazon and found a set of new analog sticks for under £10 may try that too

No gryo?
Does it vibrate?

Very good quality though. Worth the price if you play a lot in hand held mode.

Would definitely recommend buying new sticks and doing yourself, I'm not very electronics savvy and found I had no problems doing it myself.

I don't get drifting on these or any of my official joycon either.

Yeah I've replaced my lads twice now but still end up drifting after a while they are easy enough to replace thought. I need to try alternatives now.

I suppose it depends on the games played too. He's always on Fortnite.
Can’t recommend these enough. Much better and more robust than the joy cons. The sticks have more movement which make games easier and more responsive to control IMHO

i have fixed 2 joycons with the same problem using wd40 fast drying contact cleaner not the normal stuff just spray a little under the rubber bit that lifts up below the top of the analogue stick

I've fixed it with contact cleaner and pair non pointy tweezers. You very gently lift the rubber seal under the joystick and spray underneath from couple different sides. There are YouTube videos. Bit of a curse needing to do it but beats those joycons going unused.
Just like everyone's said. I play a lot in handheld so finally got it on the last deal. Feels so so much more comfortable, especially cos I got big hands too. Only downside is you'll have to buy a new case. The khanka hard case on amazon fits it nicely
These are very good if you play 100% handheld. The khanka case is a bit pricey, but does allow you to fit in the Hori game card case as well at a push. Hot
Might be a petty complaint but don't like the red thumb sticks
Do these attach together to act like a 'Pro controller' if you are using docked/TV mode?

Nope, they aren't wireless

Thank you for the answer, it saved me buying them. Ironically I've only ever played in handheld mode since I bought the Switch in November 2018 but I'm planning to go big screen so I don't want to get used to a controller layout/feel that won't work in both modes.

No problem!

Had £5 in reward points, finally ordered one won't use it for all games, but certainly a number I wish had better sticks for!
Just checking I understand what the point of these are. Are they wider than the standard joycons to make it easier to hold in handheld mode? If so this is probably exactly what I'm looking for, assuming they're any good. Just got a Switch and find it quite uncomfortable to hold for this reason. Funny enough was about to start searching to see if there was a solution when I saw this. Are these recommended? What's the usual price of these? Thanks.

There's a Butterfox case designed for this but sadly it's currently unavailable on Amazon UK but can be ordered from Amazon US. It was in stock the other day so hoping it will come back.
I always find the problem with stuff like this is they don't make a travel case to go with it, which means I would have to not use the accessory when out. I looked, but I didn't find a case to go with this on the Game site
Oos
Bought these from Amazon yesterday for £40. D’oh! Oh well. They feel comfortable and work well. Using the standard joycons in handheld quickly makes my thumb joints ache/hurt. This pad is like using the pro controller - much more comfortable!

Yes imagine an Xbox controller split in two and stuck to the side, massively more comfortable and better quality sticks, triggers, bigger buttons etc

There was a previous deal on this 2-3 weeks ago it went 1000+ heat. I remember someone suggesting a case for it. Search hukd and go into comments

Funnily enough some guy on Reddit discovered that a case for an obscure piece of DJ equipment is the perfect fit.

Even everybody reviewing it is doing so based on the Switch/Split pad.

You ca send them back to Nintendo for a free repair. Just follow their repairs process on their website and send them off. Last August they repaired my launch model controllers for free.

Amazing product. Had mine a few weeks now.
