Received mine 28/09, expiry date Aug 2029, reasonably pleased with that.
I have got them to cancel my order. She couldn't give me a date as to when I would be sent them and offered me a full refund so I went for that.
I also have had a reply from Sarah, my dispatch notification was a mistake and they just offered to cancel my order.
FYI, I just received the following from them: Sarah (Squizzas!) 7 Oct 2020, 10:38 BST Hi I am so sorry about the time that this Google product is taking to get delivered to you. I have just tracked your order and it says that we are still waiting for the stock of this item. The reason that this has happened is because the company who supplies us with Google products closed their warehouse for a period while they put in safety measures for their staff. Now the warehouse is now open, they have had a back log of products which they are working though. We do not have an exact date of dispatch of your products yet, but as soon as we have your item will be shipped and deliver it to you within a 72 hour window. As a customer you have the right to ask for you order to be cancelled and refunded if you wish for this to happen. Please let me know how you would like to continue. Hopefully that means they will have a longer service life. Still waiting for mine despite having a dispatch notification on the 25th.
