Well here is a bloody useful app that everyone should have on their mobile for those just in case moments...well hopefully not too bloody, hence the app.

Still a good reminder overall
I checked if this was posted before hand but couldn't find anything.

Thanks, always good to be prepared
Thank you, I have just downloaded it from the App Store
Good app.
Has always been free, a useful pointer. Would recommend the British Red Cross version also, with incorporated offline videos and a self test quiz built in. Would also suggest you sign up to a 1 day hands on course for about £45. Or do it for your workplace for free. Good news that school kids will learn first aid from 2020.

Was gonna say.. Didn't know they charged for this.

First Aid is very useful. You never know when you or someone needs it! Everyone should know CPR!
Heat for OP correctly typing St John ambulance rather than the usual and incorrect St John's Ambulance.

Bloody good app.

Bloody good heat+++
Great app.
Nice simple layout and instructions for those emergencies or just a flick through.

The UI could be improved though. Making those navigation buttons a little larger would help.
Tiny buttons not great for those prone to nerves or shaky hands etc in an emergency.

This is on Android, not sure what the IOS version is like.
