Looks really nice, just wish there was a quick release bracket to go with it, for when moving the monitor for LAN parties

The Humanscale M2 arms come with a quick release tab. They're 2x the price of these arms but there are plenty of office surplus ones for sale on eBay. Its a pretty simple design and there's not much to go wrong with them, so buying 2nd hand shouldn't be an issue.

If i'm not mistaken then this is the same but in black & £30. Just ordered one.

How heavy is your monitor (without the factory fitted stand)? Also, what size VESA mount does it have?

The Humanscale M2 can hold monitors up to 9KG and can be bought off eBay for abour £50.

If only it could support up to 8-9kg, my old 26" LCD is very bulky. Maybe it's a good excuse to also upgrade monitor though, yes?

Edit: But even something like a 27" Dell S2716DG weights 15.2lb / 6.9kg, so above the limit

As I recommended to someone above, the Humanscale M2 arm can support monitors up to 9KG. They're a bit more expensive (~£50 from eBay), but it's cheaper than a new monitor, I suppose.
