I recently bought an impact driver. Makes one helluva noise. What does everyone use them for, because the entire flat shakes when I use it

Heated for the price

Brushless ones are quieter but a lot more pricey. I use the big impact gun for car related and the smaller one for driving screws and little bolts, furniture etc.
Just called them and they are saying sorry No way that's rubbish so please have you more details please as they have said £80 just for bare unit.....

Not the motor noise, the impacts, the motor noise is soothing to be fair

hi, your receipt is for the 1.3Amp version, I think your picture is the 2Amp version. perhaps you got a great deal..
Anyone fancies a cheap kit but can get this My local aldi are doing impact drivers batteries and chargers as separate items this week - 55 for driver charger and one battery, 70 with two batteries.

Worth a look in your own local store.
My mistake, 65 with one battery but 5ah

2 batteries at 1.3 Ah is totally fine this is a bargain!
As I understand it the battery is either 20 volt 5 amp or 40 volt 2.5 amp for the Aldi pack, 100 watt battery wheras 18 volt at 2amp is 36 watt, it would seem the Aldi battery has more capacity.
Why expired?
