I’d been keeping an eye for for something like this at a sensible price and just seen this in extra Toolstation magazine. Can’t see many others selling it but best part of half price for what should be a decent quality bit of kit

"Accuracy of 1.5-3% or +/- 2-5°C (dependent on temperature range)."

Possibly not, but impressive how it has ranges of -50c to 1350c

Yeah but think of the fun you could have with this at the airport, going up to complete strangers, pointing this in their face then displaying a look of horror and moving very quickly away.

You can get these everywhere for c. £12
Not sure where I would use this but Stanley Fatmax make very good hand tools. Not sure about their electronic stuff.

I’d pay to see that lol
Expensive - partly because it reads over 1300C
Cheaper ones are usually upto 380C - none of those amazon ones go this high.
I got an 1100C one for well under £20 and have sone £6 and up ones from ebay.
What do I need to measure that is over 380C?
