Thanks OP but the reviews are shocking.
I would agree, the reviews are not outstanding however on amazon the red chair is currently being sold for £180.76 with 3.5 / 5.0 reviews

The chair is only part of the clearance too. Lots of other items are available
Only order boxes from them, but have stopped now as quality is poor.
Don't know about the other stuff.
I need an office chair, but the reviews do seem rather poor.
Typical, ordered a load of stuff from them the other day

Anyone know if it’s worth asking them to refund the extra 20% rather than me returning and re-ordering?

Thanks for posting OP

IKEA do a good one that's very adjustable, costs about £170 IIRC, which by proper desk chair standards isn't much if you're sat on it for hours on end.
Cannot find this chair at this price. The black one is now listed at £102 and the red is £71.30 before any additional discounts.

Easier to ask tbh.
Do check eBay for any local office clearances. You can grab some crazy good chairs for 90%+ off.
I have a £500 chair from staples... terrible avoid. Absolute crap.
Thank you for posting. Sitting on my new chair now.

Support for the lower back is excellent for me.

The arms have a rotating switch to raise in increments. Can be quite stiff so bear that in mind if you have issues with your hand joints.

Wheels do not have lock mechanisms so also bear that in mind.

Seat space is generous in my view.

My only real gripe is the instructions which can be confusing. There is a small silver plastic piece that sits in the middle of the leg joints. This is solely for aesthetics (to hide any soldering between legs). It isn't on part of the instructions and wasn't in a bag with the screws, legs, etc. I noticed this on a separate part of the instructions but it was too late (and unscrewing the rod attaching the seat to the legs was a no no). That said - I will attempt to saw a split in it and squeeze over the rod.

For the price, the prompt delivery and the quality - this is definitely hot.
