same!

Amazon every time, even if it was a quid more. Play have become useless of late, whereas Amzon customer service continues to be exemplary

can you say how play is useless now? I can't see much difference between the two and tend to use play more, there was the Call Of Duty fiasco mind.....

Out of stock now, same as play.

thx , ordered

I tend to avoid Amazon now because of the Market Place Scammers ... it's like eBay meets the Apocalypse

Simple, still use amazon but just don't buy from the marketplace sellers.

There's a bit more to it than just the Market Place Scammers. Amazon certainly aren't the company they used to be.
Still. My money, and I'll spend it where I like (_;)

Now £17.99

Well from my experience I've had cause to return a TV to Amazon, and they dealt with it brilliantly.

I also had a SatNav delivered which was clearly a refurb when described as new. They offered a full refund or a 30% discount. I was happy to take the latter.

Play on the other hand I tend to buy cheaper stuff from. There have been two occasions when I wasn't happy with a product and they refused to even acknowledge my communication.

Play is a bit slower - esp. with sale items (in stock...?). Marketplace is OK and a good source. Only had 1 wrong item sent. LOL. Compared to ebay, I haven't bothered with refunds in the past on ebay, but have had a fast refund on a wrong item on Amazon. Once recently, but have been in a buying frenzy.

Ebay descriptions tend to be dubious and incomplete, but only had 1 dodgy DVD in 200+ and seller was scared into refunds to 2 buyers for this! Overall I trust amazon sellers more and they are good at refunds if needed. Perhaps due to one way feedback!

If topcashback of 3% is taken into account, I would usually wait the day or 2 more for Play in Jersey, but speed recently has been comparable anywhere I've bought. All depends!
