Being a Trek fan I've been shopping around for cheap prices for this for a while....this is a good price...I have yet to commit to a version as I'm ploughing through TNG DVD box sets

The PC version is available for £17.99 at Amazon although apparently many fans on the official BethSoft forum are up to Spock's ears in complaints over the poor keyboard controls and bugs...I pop up on their official forum too

The Xbox 360 version is supposed to be better tho....but double the price :whistling:

Are PlayAsia any good? how do people rate them? I've only just been using CD WOW and didn't like taken chances with the post (lost / damage)

Cheers for posting

Hi PADDY12345, welcome to the forums and thanks for posting.

I've edited your link slightly as it may have contained some sort of referral link, which are prohibited on the forums.

Just realised I welcomed you before

So is this a bit like Star Trek Armada?

I'm tempted by it but will probably wait till the price drops a bit........

Looks to me more like starfleet command (one of my favourite games ever) but with the slightly dumbed down control interface of Bridge Commander

I also am very interested in this, but as said already had already been slightly swayed by the pc/xbox price difference, maybe i will just wait untilt eh xbox price comes down

PC version really needs to be avoided, something was lost in conversion from the 360 to pc version, many bugs added too. poorer visuals reported and well, screen menu's telling you to press the LS button on the 360 pad!

On Gamespot the PC version got a 5.8 score while the 360 version scores 7.2.

Play-asia are awesome, pretty swift delivery from hk and I've never been charged import tax on anything from there.
