Sorry, what is the point of your post other than trying to wind people up? If you don't like the show, just move on and look at another deal.

Remember the first forum rule is: "Trying to deliberately stir up arguments, upset members, or generally being disrespectful isn’t permitted".

I'd rather watch this "nonsense" than 90% of the crap on TV these days...

Never seen it as cheap? Was £10.80 on Amazon!

Still a good price though for some nostalgic space adventuring. Heat.

Maybe because it was a misprice. Some got them, others didn't.

You can't beat Star Trek.

STD and The Orville. The Orville is like watching ST.

Why do people still watch this nonsense.

I have only watched the first disc of this so far but i keep getting a bloody annoying camera angle display every time it goes to a new scene and i can't get rid of it.

Beam me up snotty! Nice find OP. I never understand why people say it was x amount by error awhile ago. Really? I don't have a time machine.

Great idea!
Actual stores don't have Mr Benn cheap, but the complete series is on eBay

does this have the updated SFX?

I was lucky and got it for £10.

"I Khan't believe how cheap this is. Never seen this as cheap before."

Has been cheaper on Zoom.

They only made 14 Mr Benn episodes. If I was the shop keeper, I'd hide up, he had never bought anything.
In a way, it is science fiction.

Been a Trekkie all of my life.

Saying something is free on Netflix is like saying you get free calls on your phone for £20 a month.

The Blu-ray's have both versions (original and updated) of all episodes. Best TV show ever made.

A deal for a Star Trek blu-ray set where you ask "Why do people still watch this nonsense." is just going to p*** people off. Most ST fans have had their fill of people making 'fun' of something that they think is mature, humanistic, thoughtful and a great morality tale. It's not a kids show like Mr Benn.
