No chance in hell. It isn't pay to win though, seriously.

Be brave Yon-sama. Just wrap up nice and warm

I reluctantly voted hot as it's the cheapest it's been. I was really interested in the game until I read about the dlc issue. Good price but I might wait a bit longer to see if it drops some more before I jump in. EA don't deserve our support on this (yet).

You pay money to get cards which make you more powerful/tougher.

Pretty much the definition of pay to win.
Why is the Jedi hero's DLC 99p? Isn't all the DLC supposed to be Free?

No they don't. They unlock heroes. And you don't unlock heroes in a match until you have enough points in that match to use them.

Are the heroes powerful? Absolutely. I managed an easy 8 player killstreak with Chewbacca the other night and I'm crap at first person shooters but I don't get to play as Chewbacca most of the time.

That was a pre-order bonus. CDKeys are selling it separately. They do that a lot.

Leave it for a month or two and they'll be selling those for 29p like they do with the Destiny 2 pre-order guns and stuff.

I'm not talking about the DLC i'm talking about the loot crates that will be available probably January as EA want Christmas sales before the screw over their customers.

So was I. Loot crates will only contain cosmetics now like Battlefield, I'm sure.

Haha, do you really think that EA would not announce its only cosmetics to avoid the massive loss of sales they are getting at the moments.

I think they're keeping quiet in general tbh. All publicity is bad publicity for them atm when it comes to this game and microtransactions.

If the sales on this are really poor though then they'll likely risk losing their contract with Disney.
Although the deal is good, by buying this you are supporting EA and the bad business/game model that they practice/implement in all there games. These games sell well, other companies copy.

Although the lootcrate system has been nerfed at this time, EA have openly stated that it WILL change back at a later date. No doubt that later date will be early Jan after all this Xmas copies that they will sell.

It all depends on what the crystals can be used to buy though.

I played the beta and enjoyed the game and was planning to get the game until I found out about the loot crates so this is anger at the way the industry is going. But if you want to support it then is your choice.

So punishing for future crimes is a thing now, are you a precog? Agatha is that you?
It's now below 30€,i might bite.
Loved the beta, single player seems good, and would like something casual to play when I'm not playing BF1 or Overwatch.

Ps:do think EA should have gone with a season pass, or alternatively with a Rainbow Six Siege business model (where the first 8 heroes would be free, the rest paid/unlocked by grinding)... If they need to make more money down the road, these 2 options seem more reasonable
