I bought this from CDKeys this past week. It's a good deal, it's just not amazing at the moment.

Battlefront is £27.99 on the UK PSN Store, a £25 PSN card is £21.84 at CDKeys + the remaining £2.99 of your own cash makes the UK copy £24.83.

Still like I say, it's a good deal if you want to save £3 in having a US account copy over a UK one.
Heat added for price but I didn't get on with this game.

A quick note that BOPSIII is great and there is a map on there that kinda reminds me of the ewok village so it's all good.
Good price, heat added. Can't help but feel this will continue to drop though; the sparse content, sluggish sales allied with EA's ambitious sales targets, plus moving away from both the christmas rush and the hype from Ep 7 mean it's probably only heading one way.

I quite enjoy this. It certainly doesn't have enough content to last a long time, though what I have played I've enjoyed. I do expect this to drop quite a bit quite soon, but I couldn't wait over the Christmas period and got the Star Wars itch

Heat for current price.

you're probably more likely to get a good deal on the DLC at the US store at some point. Heat added.
anyone know why UK is not worthy of Download codes for games? **apart from LOU**

So would you connect to Eu servers when you play it via your UK psn account?
How does DLC work with this? I know i'd need to grab it from the US Store but will it be locked to my US account? I know some games do lock it to the account, and some don't

As far as I'm aware all DLC is locked to region so you would have to play on US account, I know that's the case for my Bloodborne, bought complete edition(Game of the Year) from Canadian store and it's locked to that region.

I want to know this, it's a question that's never answered

Scenario: if I bought this and my mates had UK hardcopies, would I be able to connect and play with them?

PS3 never worked with other region locked games with freinds so is the PS4 different?

You'd have to buy the DLC from the US/Canadian account, but like the game itself you can access the DLC from any account on the console.

I've done this with dozens of games, including Bloodborne and Battlefront

PS4 games aren't region locked, you can play the game from the UK account and it will connect to local servers

Thank you kind sir
well I went for it and went through the NA account fun to then get an invalid code from NA PSN..

Both potential codes are too short. Super frustrating as I wanted to put it on to DL before I went out.

It is a game that works on a UK account that is the cheapest you can possibly get. It is a deal, therefore i don't see the problem. You vote on the deal not due to the location of the deal, there are plenty of electronics being sold on foreign stores here as they are the "best price" aka a deal.
I love this game......

...... But mainly because it's Star Wars.

The has been raised so high for shooters. I'm more then happy to play an average at best shooter, because it's Star Wars.
I'm enjoying this game though I am pretty sad there is no campaign. Not tried it online yet so looking forward to giving that a go. I used to love playing Battlefront 2 years ago, though I did seem to get thrown out of matches very frequently! (Technical issues, not me misbehaving... ;-P)

Don't downloaded games work out more expensive as you cannot trade them in after you have completed them?
29 hours playtime and still love love love this game!!!

Most games don't have servers and if they do you usually automatically connect to the nearest one or are given an option.

You should have zero issues playing with anyone in the world.

I have a US copy of destiny. I play on a UK account with friends from Australia, Columbia, America, Canada and England.

Depends on the price.

e.g. I bought the last of us for £6. In the UK it was £25+ at the time. I don't think I could of bought it, kept it for 12 months then sold it for £19+.

I also got Killzone for 69p iirc and it was also £25+ in the shops. Again I don't think I could of bought it, kept it for 12 months then sold it for £25+.

I also bought some lego game off the US store for £4. In the UK it was around £25. Again I don't think I could of bought that then sold it for £21+ after 12 months.

So no sometimes digital games are in fact a lot cheaper.
good deal, only problem is that this is essentially an online only game so when the severs go down this will be nothing but a paperweight. EA are well known for shutting down there severs on a timley basis and wont hang around. I guess by the time battlefront 3 is nearing release the first games severs will be shut. In this case it might be better to have a physical copy and at least trade it in for something.

You got what you wanted then
I wouldn't rush to buy this. EA servers have been more or less permanently down since Christmas Day.
I'm surprised the price has gone up now
I love it. Am currently racking up my XP and credits in Fighter Squadron mode. Easiest way to get XP, cash and awards. Hero mode also good for this (the one where you have three heroes per team plus body guards)

You've never posted a deal yet you vote cold on genuine deals of other members that are easily accessible with a few minutes one time set up...oO
Don't know if I should bite for this price or not

Voted hot nonetheless
