It is not a duplicate as such.

The other thread lists all the individual items & it isn't until comment #5 that the (almost) "Complete Collection" is mentioned.

I put it on when steam was updating and the price changed from 75% to 93%.
It's a belting deal mind and worthy of it's own post

Ah, I see, maybe the moderators will let this one slide.
We'll see I guess.

Yeh if only this deal included Battlefront (Dice EA release) and this would be perfect. Sucks it's only available on Origin.

It's not complete - it doesn't include Shadows of the Empire.

I was on ebay the other day looking for that on the n64, was having a dust down of my n64 stuff and that cart seems to be MIA - I have very fond memories of that game.

Are any of these actually worth playing nowadays

Great deal, heat added

cool thnx Just completed my collection only missed 5 games in the end and played 1.61 as I still had 1.65 in my steam account

Bargain, shame I own a few on GOG already. We just need a working version of Star Wars: Racer now! What a game...

Also doesn't include SW Battlefront 1 or the remake. But still a good deal. If i didn't already have these.
Thanks OP

£10.68 for me to complete the bundle. I'm having that!

Shame this wasn't £13.13 or we could get some rumours brewing...

worth it for Battlefront II

£12 for me

Don't see myself playing any of them soon though so it would be another one for the backlog.

Ah, but those aren't on Steam. Shadows of the Empire is. QED.

Have the older games in this collection held up well??

Seriously tempted and can get the lot for £12.13 as I already own 3...

I got the x-wing / tie fighter series last year and unsurprisingly they don't play well now; VGA graphics and all that. Still enjoy the Force Awakens / Jedi Academy ones though!

You also get the bundle discount (93% off) on any games that you don't already own. I was missing two of them and it's only cost me £1.72 to complete the bundle!

Neither of those games are on Steam, though. You don't really need Battlefront when you have Battlefront II and the remake/boot/whatever is an EA game so only on Origin.

Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens seems to be the only other Star Wars game on Steam that isn't included, but that's understandable as it's more recent and would bump the price up quite a bit. Odd that they haven't put Shadows of the Empire in the bundle when they've added the other older games that have popped up on Steam over the last couple of years, like Galactic Battlegrounds and the X-Wing and TIE Fighter games.

That's tough to answer because there are a lot of games spanning a long time here, and it all depends on how patient you are with older games and/or getting them to work, if tweaks are required for your system. But basically, yes, most of them do. I've enjoyed replaying the X-Wing and TIE Fighter games with an Xbox 360 controller, Galactic Battlegrounds and Empire at War are still great RTS games, KotOR is still a great RPG, as is KotOR II, especially with the restored content mod, and Battlefront II is still great if you can be bothered to set it up with custom servers and find people to play it with.

Didn't even realize that they weren't on steam, considering Steam is pretty much all encompassing by now. I stand corrected.

This is a great bundle, although a lot of duplicates from other bundles before!

For this specific bundle, I've made some quick video content about some of the best titles, and a starters guide for each tried to keep it under 3 minutes.

Here's a quick background to KotOR

And here's the same for the first Force Unleashed

for info on other games,

The Force unleashed 2 is covered here.

This is a breakdown of the Tie Fighter Series

This goes in to what is canon and what is not

Here's a video on the Force Unleashed 3, the game that didnt happen

And for a laugh Star Wars Dark Forces

and 5 Star wars Games that were cancelled but looked pretty good!

Hope you enjoy!

Wel well, Steam really doesn't want to be bested by GOG (or a select few other competitiors for that matter!)

Am I right in saying now gamespy has gone the online won't work on any of these? Well maybe Lego SW III

If you're a Star Wars fan as well as a Beatles fan then you may enjoy this: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8s6sSjUyaxUk3mCUqiNuJiMNxs9QdthO

The guys behind hit, PaletteSwapNinja, tell the story of A New Hope using the music from the Sgt Pepper album. Mark Hamill himself endorsed it!

Haha typical steam pile of shame moment. Go to add a few to my basket, sign in and I've got pretty much all the ones I want anyway. It's offering me the rest for £8.74. Are the LEGO games any good? Or just aimed at kids?

bloody typical! Go to pay for the £13 collection - soon as I do, the computer crashes - go to try purchase again and now the price is at £45. Well done Steam! Ffs.

price just shot up, added it to my basket and it was £5 .25 for the games i didn't have, now £17.62

Is 78% for me so £44

it went back up to £44 whilst i was checking out

Was a strange one this it was originally 75% off then 93%, then shot up.
Happens with steam I suppose.
