Fab price as it's on my little ones Christmas list this year. Its the 18" deluxe version with lights, sounds, working tech arm that comes out of his chest and spinning head. Still £69.99 at Tesco Direct and £49.99 at Toys R Us.

No - its an action figure with lights and sounds and mobing head with a tech arm that folds away
From a galaxy far far away, your favourite Episode 7 droid comes to life from JAKKS Pacific. This BB8 figure stands 18" tall (in scale to other 31" figures) and is highly detailed. He includes authentic lights and sounds and a spinning head dome. Open his hidden chest compartment to reveal his real working tech arm! BB8 is the perfect addition for Star Wars fans of all ages. May the force be with you!

From reviews it is not too good, just stands (or falls over) and flashes making beepy noises.

Collect from where?

From Collect+ collection points near you - usually local convenience shop - put in your postcode at checkout and will bring up all local to you

Seen a few of these in the shops and they're usually pretty scuffed up, due to the design of the packaging.

if this can happen on a shelf, I wouldn't fancy their chances of arriving unscathed following a Collect+ delivery via Yodel.

Its more of a prop than anything else, its the most to scale size bb-8 on the market other than the U- command one they brought out for over £100 , I own this one, was the same price last year at another store, It looks good in a corner and i just occasionally press it so it makes its sounds. As for the scuffs bb-8 is a scuffed and weathered droid.

Never thought of it like that, though I'm not sure how many kids would buy that he's already been round the galaxy a few times before he got to them when they unwrap it on Christmas Day.

Thanks

I guess heat for this current price, had mine a year ago for £19 from Toys R Us, hopefully it goes down in price again for you guys.

also it is absolutley massive, has 3 pegs which enables it to stand, lighter has to be taken out manually does not pop out (unless mine was defective) but it does make sound
