Good price but I'd rather be gang banged by ewoks than be forced to sit through these new star wars movies. Rogue one was the exception.
There was no glory in the last Jedi
a trilogy, not THE trilogy. Disney have absolutely murdered the franchise

That's a good price Cineworld are charging £32!
£13.25 for me or £15.25 for it in isense. Also free/£2 for limitless. I don't think I can be bothered to sit for that long though. It's the same price for just the new film as it is for all three.

Ive also read an opnion piece that says that the narrative in Last jedi has screwed up the overall trilogy story arc too making it pretty much impossible for JJ Abrahams to work his usual magic with the last film -
good deal, but I've had death by star wars on sky recently! however, you can nap during last jedi and wake up refreshed for the midnight showing of the new one!
The Last Jedi is awful, I couldn't get past milk drinking scene, I had to turn it off.

I have only seen the first of the new ones and that was enough to put me off watching the rest.

As a fan of the originals though, being gang banged by ewoks has it's appeals. In fact, I would probably pay full price for the Ewok-tic experience.

I used a club lloyds voucher i bought on ebay (i paid £4.17 for it) - i then paid a further £4.70 for the IMAX upgrade

So in total I paid £8.87 for the three IMAX films at Stevenage Cineworld

The main downside is the screenings are completely packed out which will be a nightmare as Stevenage is chav central so there is no way the audience will be following Kermodes "Wittertainment code of conduct" - at least Im on the back row so no-one can kick my seat or bounce popcorn off my the back of my head

Ah, the usual cooments about everything after the original trilogy being worthless. Feel free not to watch them if they're so bad. I personally love the new ones. Too many old duffers looking back on the originals with Rose tinted glasses.

I can't wait for the new one and any subsequent star wars movies that are released. It's nice to have a mind of your own sometimes!

Yes, all three movies exist only to fill a financial commitment rather than there being a compelling story to tell. Disney has decimated the Star Wars brand, the old characters have been killed off and sidelined to make way for the new uninteresting cardboard characters, there is no story arc and no narrative throughout the films as its no secret they were produced independently with no cohesion and overall plot. Rather than 8 being a bridge and set up for the finale it took much of what came before, including the lore and rules of the franchise, screwed them up and chucked them away leaving no anticipation or lead-in for the last film.

They're pretty but empty, unfulfilling, movies.
People saying disney killed off old characters to make room for new ones is dumb... half of them are dead irl and they added them via cgi ffs... the other half are dying or walking corpses! They want to keep the starwars universe alive and this is what has to happen.

But yeah the last few movies sucked... so did end game. End game literslly has 10 mins action. The rest is dog crap. Worst marvel movie ever. Even the old thor movies were better...
