Starbucks Nespresso compatible pods £2.50 for a pack of 10.

A couple of varieties at this price, I bought a few and the ones I've tried so far have been really nice, better than the Lidl Ines (my opinion anyway!).

These are £3.30 in store at Starbucks, but you get a free latte. Have asked, and it HAS to be a latte, so if that is your drink of choice, buying direct may be a slightly better option.

But for everyone else, these pods taste so much better than the Lidl / Aldi / Gourmesso / Home Bargains alternatives!

I was quoted £2.95 when I asked whilst I was at my local Starbucks

Can the pods and packaging be recycled?

That's a fantastic deal! I'll have to pop into one, I'm not really a latte drinker, but would be for that price!

Genuine Nespresso pods start from £2.90 so hardly that much of a saving, plus you risk invalidating your warranty by using these.

Yes, you can even drop them off at a Starbucks store with other pods

Fair point, but genuine Nespresso pods arnt available on most high streets to be picked up immediately unless your lucky enough to have a Nespresso store.
Is it really a risk to your warranty? Mine run out, so I don't really mind

How would they even know which pods you used

Do these taste like Starbucks coffee made in a store?

Close but I'd say you'd need to use 2 pods in a cappuccino or Latte to get the coffee shop strength so not such great value afterall. Thought the Starbucks range are amongst the best compatibles out there, you will some thought has gone into the capsule design to ensure it dispenses well.

Following the court case in France I don't think they pursue this warranty point unless the compatible pod actually gets stuck in the machine..

You won't void your warranty with Nespresso by using non original pods.

Starbucks sells box of 10 for £2.95. Buy two to get the free latte offer. I bought a pack of Columbia and the Starbucks Original Espresso myself last week. These are pretty good but not as good as the originals.

You can pick up recycling bags at the Starbucks stores. Starbucks will recycle both theirs and the originals. Drop off at Starbucks or print label for Post Office. Pretty convenient.

Heat added. This is like 3 free capsules!

Yeah I like the Starbucks range.
Their shop online appears to be down so can't check. But I think they do a taster range online of four different varieties for £11.50 and free delivery. Think they also do ten percent off your first order if you sign up. That would make it about £2.59 for 10

Do nescafe pods work in a nespresso machine? I know it has nothing to do with this deal. Just theres 50 pods for around £10 on amazon

no these are for a different machine

Home bargains £2 for 20
Spar grocer £2 for 10
Both stores sell a variety of strengths

Warranty is unaffected. It is anti-competitive for Nespresso to void warranties. In 2014, Nespresso in Europe were told that they had to stop doing this. At that point, Nespresso made a world-wide commitment to stop voiding warranties, read the full story here: blogs.wsj.com/cor…od/

From 29 pence per capsule on Nespresso website.

I use the ones from costco dualit. it's about 12ish pound for 60. The ones I get are Lungo so are a bit stronger in a latte. I'm happy with them but I'm easily satisfied when I put a **** load of milk in.

these are quite nice. I've tired all 4 flavours and I think the purple espresso one is the best.

Best alternative to the real thing in my opinion

Have you tried the Taylors ones? -Love the Colombian Expresso

I did try theirs a while ago and didn't work very well on my machine. maybe I'll give them another chance
