Stephen Collins is an ambitious politician. Cal McAffrey is a well-respected investigative journalist and Stephen's ex-campaign manager. En route to work one morning, Stephen's research assistant mysteriously falls to her death on the London Underground. It's not long before revelations of their affair hit the headlines.

Meanwhile a suspected teenage drug dealer is found shot dead. These (apparently unconnected) events expose a dangerous habit within modern government of dancing too closely with the corporate devil. Friendships are tested and lives are put on the line as an intricate web of lies unfolds...

Great price, thanks, here's the comments from when it was a hot deal at 3.99. Bought it then but not got round to watching it yet

hotukdeals.com/ite…el/

thanks for posting, ordered

Brilliant - enjoyed the film then bought the series which I thought was better.

I watched the series a while back, can't make myself watch the film as I know what the americans did with our Life on Mars. I love John Simm and did anyone notice the scottish lady in this played his screen wife on Sky 1's Skelig?

The series is WAAAAAAY better than the film in every way.

Watched the film, thought it was brilliant. Havent seen the series although my friend who watched the film did say he recommends this. Thanks for adding it, off to buy now!

It's also ]£3.98 at Amazon with free postage if you take your order over £5.

EDIT: Sorry, wrong thread.

its 13 days since I ordered this, & they STILL haven't posted it out!
What a crap service- its gonna take a monster bargain for me to place another order with CDWow.
Shame, because looking at my order history, I've ordered over 200 items with CDWow in the past. Their loss
:-(

I'm still waiting as well.

Not sure why it is expired - still available.
