This is pretty much the cheapest I have seen these headphones and for this price they are a steal, they are very well reviewed around the internet. I bought a pair a few days ago and I'm really happy with them.

had my eye on these for a while as have amazing reviews. They had a black Friday sale on their own website but don't ship to UK. Great spot OP and thanks!

Could you tell me if these headphones would be suitable for gaming and listening to music? Some reviews seem to suggest that they're only for professional musicians.Ive no idea what is or isn't good value headphones.

I mainly use my normal headphones (AKG K451's) to listen to music and now I have had these CB-1's for a few days I much prefer these, they are perfect for casual music listening but they are quite big so if your going to use them outside for music there might be better choices. Compared to my AKG headphones they have a much more neutral sound but I think the bass is slightly boosted but only a little.

The sound is very detailed and they work fine on my iPad and my Moto G4 android phone but are a little quiet on my PC, odd as my PC has a built in headphone amp that is supposed to drive headphones up to 600 ohms but still they are a little quiet, on my SMSL external headphone amp they really come alive, for the money I'm not sure better can be had to be honest.

Are these big enough that they go over your full ear? e.g. without pressing on the outer ear.

They fit over my ears but my ears are not particularity large, in any event the pads are very soft and very thick, I can wear them for hours at a time and they are very comfatuble.

thanks red5. I seem to have weird ears that can't take much pressure on the cartilage (?) before aching like mad.

I know exactly what you mean as I have had headphones that do the same but I have found these to be really comfortable so far, I took these headphones to a mates who is mad on his audio and he compared them to his KEF M500 headphones he spent the evening comparing the two and could not believe how close the two where in sound and comfort.

Too be honest i could not tell the difference myself but there is a massive difference in cost.

Bought a pair as the £10 ones i usually buy last but a few months so hopefully this sort of quality will pay me back over time thanks OP
