GAME will likely have them for this price again with no P&P.

P&P will be outrageous from Steam. Still pretty hot though.
They've still not dispatched mine I ordered on 20/10!
If you've got a newer Samsung TV, it's effectively built in with an app.

No probs, I got this with the Steam controller in a bundle just so the postage didn't hurt my as much last time it was in offer! Not sure if that same bundle is back but that was good too!

If you have a pi, install moonlight, does the same.
Wait for Game to do it.

Thought moonlight was nvidia's gamestream only?
Went for the steam controller and steam link bundle, with UK shipping was just £46.08. Which is less than half the price everywhere else
Got one last black Friday, used it a few times now it's just sitting under the TV gathering dust.

It's OK but heavy on CPU usage, the host screen cannot be switched off or it won't work and you can forget trying to use any section of the link over wi-fi.

Got it for 80p last week with a game from Steam, all together, it was £7.19 I think, postage was about £7 I believe

Yeah. Parsec works well though.
Crud, I bought one, do I need it, probably not
Can I use other controllers and what's this like outside the house using fibre at another house?

You can use other controllers such as Xbox and play station.
I've got one. Works well with an Xbox 360 controller but supports pretty much every other type of controller included PS (wired/Bluetooth connections) & some steering wheels.

I have mine connected over WiFi and works well. Take note you will need a router that supports 802.11ac otherwise you will struggle FPS.

Make sure the game you play can run solidly in 60fps on the host PC & you can turn off the host PC screen while you play.

You can also add your non-steam games too!
Just got mine today from ordering with the Icey deal. Might get a controller though

That isn't the case for me. Host screen can be switched off (almost always is when I'm using the link) and everything streams in full HD over wifi.

Wifi connection was pretty unusable with my previous router, but perfect now using a Nighthawk R7800, so that will be the determining factor.

Hoping Black Friday will come through on this...

Has the Icey + Steam Link bundle finished now?

Can you use any controller with this or does it have to be the Steam one?

Heat OP
Would this be any good for playing games such as Heroes of the Storm? Or other Blizzard games that aren’t on Steam?

It is possible, I've done it but you need a very good connection
Wait a bit and game will match this price. You save on the idiotic and frankly ridiculous delivery costs from steam.

I have one and by the way, it works horrendously. You can compare the 60s on your monitor on the pc and your TV and even though the TV says its 60 fps, it is clearly not.

Yes my TV does 60 fps.
