I bought a similar item from Asda nearly 10 years ago, it finally bit the dust last year when it got dropped and the body cracked, I'll definitely get another. Being made from cast iron they can take a lot of heat, so can be used as a fire pit once you've finished cooking.
I've wanted a fully cast iron one but I guess these are pressed steel and only the grill is cast iron.
Maybe a dumb question but what is the bottom unit for? Does it store additional coal or is it just to prop up the BBQ?
The fuel goes in there

37927728.jpgIf someone has the product code, i would be grateful if you could post it. Thanx
Also, when you try to call them your call is ended after the automated message states "Due to unforeseen circumstances we can't answer your call at the moment, please call back later"
Seems very strange

Price pending for me? No option to add to basket.
Looks a great item
Make sure you get the landmann version, not a cheap Chinese knock-off. They're on Amazon sometimes for this price

It won't add to your basket. Sure it takes you there and shows the bbq, try adding to your basket then click on your basket. It's gone. Doesn't work.

Ordered thanks op, I also received an email saying they would let me know when it's ready so fingers crossed. Stoke On Trent store
Reserved leocester
Reserved in Slough. Still stock, apparently, in Slough, High Wycombe, Cheltenham, llanelli .. so as others have mentioned... not oos yet!

For £12.50 this is a proper punt... not really overly interested in using it as a bbq primarily (still looking for a good Weber deal ) but will do nicely as a firepit hopefully!

Picked mine up last night, the top pan and grill tray are cast iron, but everything else is pressed steel, apart from the grill supports which are cast aluminium. The fuel support is a flat sheet of steel with a few holes in it, meaning there will be nowhere near enough airflow, so I've drilled a load more holes to make it more usable as a firepit. It will get it's first outing this weekend, here's hoping...

The bottom is the ashpan and airflow control, but the fuel support plate has nowhere near enough holes, so I drilled some more.
Still some in Canterbury for anyone near there.

You put the wood in there and the charcoal (If you are heating food) goes in the middle section that is sectioned off with a removable iron grill. All the soot and debris collect in the bottom. If you are using it as a fire pit only you won't use the bottom part except to collect the soot etc..
The 'add to basket' button isn't working (across the site)

SNAP had one years ago and can't find another anywhere.
I got one in Leeds says £25.00 on box . But at till its scans at £12.50 . Last one 🏼
Picked mine up yesterday from Slough.. looks like it's going to last 5 minutes, but for £12.50 .... can't go wrong lol
Picked mine up and was cracked when I opened it, had to get refund as out of stock again
Mine had it's first outing at the weekend ... actually did pretty well to be honest! Assembly wasnt too bad, but check you have everything before you start.. I ran out of longer bolts as the instructions were wrong lol so had to re-jig a few around, which was a bit annoying but manageable..

The surface area for cooking is smaller than expected I would say, but with a bit of rotation you could fit a fair bit on. Also put some foil underneath the coals and poked a few holes as per the instructions and clean up was a doddle.

I'm not 100% sure how well it's going to cope with being a firepit, but we shall see.. but for £12.50... bang on
