Good spot. I only saw the other 2. Up 3D as well.

More added now

How do you get Disney points... I want to get fantasia

And Toy Story 1,2 and 3 !!!

the steel books aren't numbered if that matters to people. I have the jungle book steel book a while ago then got a disney villains sleeve so it looked right in the collection

Typical right when I've got no points left!!
How much is the code in a steel book worth?

When you buy a dvd or blu Ray there is a leaflet inside with a code on it,you go to the website and create an account then enter the codes which give you points then you can exchange your points for more films.

Same as a standard blu-ray. 150 points for normal and i'd assume 200 points for 3D.

Thought they might have been more, that's a shame.

perfect for 15 new steelbooks ive not entered on my acount and 900 points on my acount already

thanks for the heads up

Do these steelbooks actually include the blu-ray disc? maybe a silly question but the standard bluray rewards say "Includes 1 disc Blu-ray."

Is this just the case like they did with the sleeves recently?

These are mostly Disney PIXAR, not Disney classics which are numbered .

Disney steelbook usually have a " j card" with the number on instead, though it is annoying as you mentioned as they are at the bottom instead of the top

Just an FYI, but if you've already claimed a disney reward for a blu-ray movie it won't let you claim for the steelbook of the same title (not sure about 3D versions). I had already claimed Cars 2 and purchased Cars 2 steelbook sometime later when I picked it up for £5 instore at HMV and when the code wasn't accepted I sent them an email and they replied stating I had already redeemed Cars 2 blu-ray so another wasn't allowed. Obviously I could of setup a new account but it was a one off so not worth it.

Never came across this issue when I've redeemed dvd codes, then purchased the same on blu-ray, code has always been accepted.

This is easily fixed by looking up the barcode for another bluray you dont have an enter that instead. I do it all the time. Just make sure its the uk release.

Just a few exceptions as some like princess and the frog double play unlocks a freebie soon as you enter the code as its unique and doesnt require the last 6 numbers of the barcode

Damn, wish I new that, I've just checked my Cars 2 steelbook and I've must of binned the code, or I might of given to mother-in-law. Either way it's not in the case

Saying that I've got points to spend and even with the steelbooks they've just added, there's still nothing on Disney Rewards I want that I haven't already got. I was holding off for ages hoping they would add Finding Nemo, but I ended up buying it cheap from Debenhams online a few months back thanks to Hotukdeals

Hah im sure your in the same boat as a lot if others, i usually point it out to people anytime i see em mention similar on here.

I do like the steelbooks but dont wanna go double dipping. Ive got all the disney pixar already, except frankenweenie (but in no rush for it). I dont mind having fancy versions of movies i like a lot though, i have the fancy 3d holoslip case for finding nemo 3d and thats good enough for me

I spent up majority of my points on those limited edition sleeves . Must of spent atleast 2500-3000 points hah. Down to about 800 now.

About time they added something else! Not into steelbooks myself but can always sell them on

already got most of the steelbooks from germany, might sell them on and get the english versions instead. Somthing to spend my 6000 on i suppose. Been nothing new on there for ages it seemed

when did they do sleeves as rewards? I must of missed that.

Fantasia is a classic though.

I'm bloody 50 points shy... annoying.

Yes, but in this case you're getting the same bluray disk, as opposed to when you already had the dvd and then got the bluray. You could think of the steelbook as being just a "special" or even limited edition case because that is all it is really, no different from say the O-Ring version and it is not treated differently under the reward scheme. The movie whether if it is the 2D or 3D version would be identical to that found in any regular bluray edition.

Be quick ....... Up 3D bluray steelbook will soon vanish.........hot

Argh I need 100 points, anyone help?

You spend the points on movies. So you buy a disney movie and inside is a card with X points in it. go to DMR website and you collect points. When you have enough points for the reward you want, you give up your points and they send you the reward you want. 1200 points = bluray steelbook
