Had really bad customer service from a previous pair. Took ages to respond too, won't be buying anymore from steel series.
YMMV but the "higher end" Arctis 7s are some of the worst headphones I've ever used/heard. Would not recommend
Have the arctis pro and they are great. Genuine high end

I've only ever had fantastic customer service, although it was a couple of years since my last dealings with them now. I bought a Siberia Elite second hand which I ended up RMAing, which they did without proof of purchase. The replacement had the same (minor) fault so they let me keep it and upgraded me to a H Wireless. Later on one of the batteries failed and since they didn't yet supply replacement batteries overseas, they instead sent me another H Wireless. Finally another battery died and this time they could supply replacements which they did, free of charge. So now I have two wireless headsets and a wired pair, all in I paid about £80 for something like £650 (RRP) worth.

I had a genuine fault with a new headset, opened a request and almost 2 weeks went by without hardly any response. Eventually got a refund off Amazon because they couldn't be bothered basically.

I bought a set of artics 9x and told them of a design flaw as I have tried 3 sets and all do the same. Buzzing in the right ear which is faint but it’s there. And they where not interested. I tried these on 3 different Xbox and locations and still the same fault.

There good build quality and need a little more depth but the design flaw is bad and there not interested so I would not buy steel series again.
