Go easy on my first post.

I have been looking for a new headset for my PC and PS4 and the SteelSeries X800 Wireless headset seems to have got great reviews in most places.

They can go for £200+ on a lot of sites and I happened across them on Game for what seems a bargain price £129.99

These headphones are amazing. Premium quaity sound, replaceable battery (You get a spare) so there's no downtime. I've had many gaming headsets down the years and these are by far the best. Good range too, i can hear everything when I pop downstairs to the kitchen. No idea why this is cold, obviously people voting who have no clue what they're voting on.
Sizzling hot from me.

Any deals for a Siberia 800 get regularly trashed on here. Look at all the previous ones. It was available from Game and Amazon a month ago for £144.99 See Here and there's a possible explanation there. I bought one at this price from Amazon around that time and am very happy with it.

I researched it in some detail before doing so. It was just what I needed and the leads, spare battery, etc were a bonus. Some people have had problems with the microphone but from what I can see that is to some extent due to the input you choose. This is a great price if it suits your needs - I wanted low latency phones and Bluetooth, even Qualcomm's aptX didn't cut it. If you are looking for low latency choose your input carefully, USB may not work perhaps not even optical but with analogue (you'll loose Dolby) lag is very low indeed. For music, it lacks some quality compared to audiophile headphones, my AKG y50bt's for example, but is still pretty good.

Have some heat.

It states in the product details that these work with everything BUT Xbox One, does anyone know why they don't work with Xbox One?

As I understand it they would work with the Xbox One but SteelSeries have made a special adapter to connect the headphones directly to the Xbox game controller. The same headphones packaged with this adapter are designated the X800 and can be bought on Amazon for around £145. Unfortunately I only use my phones with a PC and previous gen consoles so I can't confirm personally,

Just bought for £129, seems a bargain for the quality you are getting plus compatible with EVERYTHING, confusing why it went cold
