Damn, can't imagine what these do to your insides and people regularly …Damn, can't imagine what these do to your insides and people regularly feed these to their children?

Heroin foods?

Thats because they're covered in class A drugs.
Thanks! I send my daughter to school with one of these - they're nicely defrosted by lunchtime.

I have a preachy workmate who goes on and on about stuff like this.

Strangely, for all their healthy eating, they take more sick days and suffer from more ailments than than anyone else I know.

I think a few cheap frozen pizzas might well do them the world of good!

Not suggesting that you are anything like that, though.

Actually the Aldi Pizzax are really nice. But like someone said everything in moderation. If you rubbish occasionally try balance it with quality food.

my wife is a teaching assistant. one child in particular is always turning up to school without breakfast. Dread to think what kind of existense they giving this poor child. Of course in moderation but you have to be careful with contents as they will state 1/2 pizza when a full pizza is like 150% of your recommended sat. fats and 125% of salt. Give your children two a week and youve nearly covered the whole weeks worth.

Not to be a know it all but a pizza should really be a thrice a monthly treat. I will like to get them and put extra peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc to bulk up the goodness.
These pizzas are quite thin and not covered in gluey fatty cheese and grease. In moderation....it is what else kids are eating to? Posted ad as people buy pizzas and people want to save pennies
Not on offer Crayford aldi
I'm sure that pig had a happy life

They're fine to eat occasionally but I wouldn't want them regularly. Yeah, some people do go a bit crazy with 'healthy eating'. I like to think I'm somewhat healthy *shoves another piece of chocolate into mouth*.

I always turned up to school without breakfast but it was fine honestly. You see the trick is to eat it BEFORE you leave for school.

Maybe try campaigning for higher wages and cheaper healthy food and not by making food more expensive think of it from a poor families point of view

Not everyone can afford to give their child fresh fruit, granola and fresh orange juice for breakfast (Fruit Juice is actually high in sugar) than giving them a good lunch than some Homemade Chicken Dinner everyday

Another deal bombarded with condescending health advice. Yeah we all know pizza is fast food. Its mostly fat and simple carbohydrates which arent optimal but its not poison, people need to stop acting like its child abuse if you give your kid pizza occasionally.

As for these pizzas specifically(which is what we should be talking about on this thread) they are pretty good, definitely a great deal at this price

These are good well i have the cheese version - they taste exactly like goodfellas (probably are as half the products these days are the same but put in different boxes) and for half the price. Agree with the comments plus who has pizza every day anyway it is a once a week thing. Worth stocking up at this price if you have a chest freezer.

Indeed they should be eaten in moderation. But specifically the OP says got a few for kids dinners and cheap packed lunches. Nutritional info was drawn up for adults so kids should be eating 1/3 less so that pizza you feeding them is nearly enough 300%-400% of their daily limit. I know people are poor but back in the day they were not eating oven pizza.

Occasionally of course but nutritional info on packaging is drawn up for adults. That pizza you feeding them could be a weeks worth of salt/sat fats. You know how much I like chocolates and ice cream? I dont buy them and If I do its very rarely. Its not condescending health advice.

Argghhhhhhhhhh......I purchased 5 pizzas for my chest freezer! We will have one this week at some point between 4 of us. The other 4 may take a month to use up. I put a good deal on here and have been given advice about healthy eating plans. My kids eat more fruit and veg than anybody I know....occasionally they have pizza! I don't plan to use themin 48hrs? For anybody that has grabbed them.....I think they are a bargain

TBH if you only have a single pizza once a week then you should probably try not to get the cheapest pizza possible as the ingredients usually aren't the best. On the other hand, a couple of slices of this stuff probably won't do much harm.
