This Stoneware Grey Matte 12 Piece Dinner Set is now marked down at £11 (down from £22) on the Dunelm's website as part of their sales section.
I like the minimalistic look and the fact that is not white (not sure why but I am not a fan of white dinner sets ). I also quite love the opaque finish, it makes the set looking more expensive (IMO).
The set is anyway also available in two more colour-ways: Seafoam Blue and Natural.

sorted by8 dinner plates, 6 side plates and 4 rice bowls.
Side plates were fine, 2 of the rice bowls were damaged in transit.
But 6 out of the 8 dinner plates either had chips or bits of ceramic missing from when they were being made.
Returned / replaced the rice bowls in store but out of all the dinner plates they had (12) every one of them were the same condition. Returned all those.
Not sure if it would be the same for this range but if they're the same condition as mine were, return them and don't bother going back.
I ended up getting dinner plates from Matalan separately and I can't fault them. Huge and spotless.
I went to collect them this morning and was greeted by a staff member at the door who mumbled "click and collect?" He had the headset on and fingerless gloves and a handheld device. It took about 2 minutes for me to find the email on my phone because I was going to pull it up whilst walking to the counters. It took him another 2 mins to put the order number in because his handheld wasn't showing the menu. I said "how is this faster than going to the counter" to which he said "god knows." I was then told to go to the counter and they will get the order for me. I was called to the counter and she didn't know who I was or what my order was, so told me to wait further down the counter. I did. Then I saw fingerless gloves dash past the counters and go to back of shop. About 3 minutes later he came out and said "Sorry about the wait, here's your order" WTF
Dunelm, my advice would be this..........if it aint broken don't fix it.
