The better half has just returned home from Sainsbury's at Chester with 3 packs of anti-snoring aids called 'oral strips'
There's 16 in a box so less than 2p each
No idea if it's nationwide, perhaps other posters can say (?)
Wifey states plenty still on shelves
Hope it's of use
Best

do these work!?

try them for 25p you cant go wrong. I snore but thats because i suffer from OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea)

Could have done with a pack or 2 of these on a recent 18 hour night bus from Prague to London (Thank you UK airports!)

Ditto moo... I am now on a CPAP machine at nightime and will have to use it for the rest of my life. On the plus side I don't snore anymore!

Same here as well the missus says I dont snore anymore....

Same here I have to wear a full mask as well and got the CPAP machine with the humidifer (Philips one), The only regret was sorting it out earlier. I feel soo much better and now feel like i had a decent night sleep. I only did something about it when I was starting to fall asleep at work during the day, feeling like rubbish after having over 10 hours of sleep, and more importantly I was starting to nod off whilst driving. I think my OSA probably started in my early teens (im 28 now) but the symptoms got progressively worse over the years to a point it I might of killed someone.

I had enough and thought there something definitely wrong. Im tying to lose weight but my doc told being t might help but not all cases of OSA is caused by being over weight. The DVLA know about my condition and given me the OK to drive as my symptoms are now under control and im free of daytime sleepiness.
