Nice @Chanchi32
These are excellent. Picked up a few last time they were this price
£12 each or 2 for £25 .

Anyone know if these have a handle to pull them by? Couldn't tell from the picture on the site.

There’s handles to pick it up by on both ends so you can drag them by those. Wheels are pretty good
Are these water tight?

Ah cheers. It's for my elderly dad (who doesn't think he's elderly) and he'll probably struggle with that - I think he needs one that you pull like a trolley so probably a no go. I've seen this type but they always seem to be a lot smaller and / or quite expensive.

The lid clips over and around so there is no way for water to get in from above, I wouldn't put any priceless novels in there just in case but had no issues storing fabrics in them.
I buy tote boxes off eBay. Bought nearly new to second hand and bashed. Great value and strong

Depend on what you put in or leave on top, as the sides can pull outwards that leaves a little gap at the top so the lid so cant shut the lid all the way if you put something heavy leaning against the insides or have something heavy on top.

I found the Really Useful 160L Wheeled Heavy Duty Storage Trunk to solve this problem I had.

At what cost?
Do you have a link to your tote boxes please?
I have 4 of these in the garage stacked nicely on top of each other. They are really handy.
We air vacuum our summer clothes and put them in these to save room indoors.
They close well but are not airtight. They seal close but not airtight close.

Good price.

Try looking on Facebook and gumtree. They tend to be better value if you can go pick up yourself local. However. Here is some you can mail order.rover.ebay.com/rov…644

Bigger or smaller available

I was looking at the Really Useful boxes on Amazon for tidying up/moving home. amazon.co.uk/Rea…EFB I thought that was a good deal.. this smashes them out the water but anyone know if they are comparable in thickness durability etc? Tia

Plastic is a bit brittle imo. I guess if it's for the home and you want something new and clean then they are ok. Tote boxes are a 10 for strength so I'd put these at a 6. Strong enough for most. Have some smaller one's myself. B@Q sell if you want to go look at really useful boxes

I have one really useful box and it's super sturdy, that's why I was going with them...till I seen this post...cost is a factor as well. I don't have transport so need to have them delivered

Left mine outside for the last two winters not a drop of water in them
I’ve got several of the 175ltr ones. They’re the same size base as 145ltr ones but just have a deeper lid to gain that extra 30ltr. These are fantastic & all stacked up in the garage. Fabulous storage 🔥🔥🔥

Yes, this is true - if you have heavy items on top (like more of these boxes) then the sides of the lid bulge out and would allow insects in. I have bulldog clips on the sides of the lid to clip them to the container.
Good air-soft chest can fit most toys
Are they the same ones that Argos sell - argos.co.uk/sta…003
They look very similar, but £4 cheaper! Great reviews on Argos site!

@meadwak yes I believe they are the same, reviews are good
Now cheaper at wickes as i’ve just found out after buying three, meanwhile check them before you leave the shop, bought three stacked and one was split when I got home,
