UPDATED METHOD:
USE PC/LAPTOP
TURN ON VPN (For Brazil)
Visit Strava.com on incognito browser or delete cache and cookies first.
Create a new account as Brazil, get £16 per year or cheap brazil price of monthly Direct Debit.
In comments people have said you can import/export data from old account so you do not lose data/workouts.

I know some people may be put off using a VPN for the first time now that the “gift subscription” route does not work. But don’t worry, there may be a slight learning curve using a VPN for the first time, but it is a good skill to learn that may come in handy in the future, especially when other deals like this pop up in the future. It is really easy to do and once you have installed your VPN you just literally click the Brazil button. Once you have used it you never have to use the VPN again with Strava; it will just work as normal like you purchased premium without it
Strava premium has not had a promo code or discount in months if not years. Had a look online and could not find anything or anyone getting it discounted.
I personally think the RRP is a bit overpriced but that is for a different discussion.
I tried using a lots of different VPN locations and found Brazil to be the cheapest.

- Download/Startup any VPN (Cheapest VPN's are found on ebay)
- Set Location to BRAZIL.
- Visit Strava.com, log in to your account and scroll down to where it says "Subscribe"
- Click Subscribe, Click Yearly and then use a fee free card like Monzo to pay.
- You will be charged £16.58 for a year.
