Totally right. Whilst this isn't a seasonal deal, I suppose the strawbs haven't travelled too far.
The ones in Lidl just now from Spain are reallyy tasty. Not a patch on the Scottish ones at the height of the summer but for the time of the year, it's nice enough.

Maybe they should drop updating the coronavirus guidance and other essential advice and instead focus the resources on bi-monthly redrafts of their "how to wash a muddy carrot" paper.

We can't possibly have you eating carrots that have been scrubbed clean using advice from three years ago can we? Let's write in and complain.
Nice!!

No problem with the website. Just with it being here as 'helpful' advice!

It was not offered as 'helpful' advice, it was offered as the 'the correct' advice, and was regarding the first comment, which stated:-
Simply washing the fruits and salads with plain water, doesn't kill the potential virus. The only safely way to eat vegetables is to cook them.
