This weekend only, packs of Strawberries on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be 100% extra free at Co-op. 800g instead of the usual 400g for £2.

Had an email come down yesterday to tell us to order up, so should be nationwide.

I'm going to delete the strawberries from tomorrow's tesco grocery order and pop into Co op instead - thanks so much!
Fab deal, heat added.

Good find!

Hot, as I find the coop strawberries are a much better quality to those selected by Tesco and Asda. Always seem to find a couple of nasty ones in the big supermarket selections even though they are well within their sell by date.

should take them back. and complain saying you brought them, and its unacceptable to sell them.

Bought co-op strawberries last week, they were very fresh and looked lovely, but sadly were completely tasteless so we binned them I thought it was maybe just that batch but my mum bought some at a different co-op store a few days later and she ended up binning hers too because they tasted of nothing at all. Hope this weekend's strawberries are better!

thanks most strawberries not like they used to be! thanks op grateful as we only have a co-op!!

The best ever strawberries are Scottish ones. They should be at their peak in the next 3-4 weeks. Everything else is tasteless IMHO! The coop ones arny too bad though if you get a local Scottish batch.

Friday and still same price. £2.00 for 400grams.

None out yet in my store

Could well be old stock. Looking for packets with dates of 1st June on if your store has them...

£2 for 400grams in Peterborough too

Odd. I'm not in store today, but if no one has seen any by tomorrow feel free to expire the deal.

Store I work at had loads delivered last night. Bought the strawberries for £2 and a punnet of cherries for £1 too (noticed the cherries in Aldi were £1.49 for same size punnet yesterday)

This should be much hotter.

Not available in one of the Haywards Heath stores. Still only 400g

Definitely in and around Croydon

this could be the same as last time where the offer was on where some stores supplied by certain depots didn't get the stock

Also, the last packs are coming into stores on Sunday.

just been to our local (shevington) and they never had this offer. they were £1.50 each and they're not the tastiest really.

Correct - but it is a lot of hassle, are they going to refund your fuel costs?

I frequently see mouldy fruit on display in Sainsburys. I always check all the fruits in bags of citrus as I frequently find a soft one in each bag.

Definitely available in all scottish stores. Stores that don't get a Friday fresh delivery won't have 100% free stock until Saturday.

Just bought some from Peterborough today Thanks OP

Bought these on Friday, two punnets for £2. Really lovely strawberries. Went back and bought another four packs yesterday to freeze for smoothies or ice creams. Thanks OP!

Got some today from Scotter

They're really nice too!

why is this expired???? They still had this at co-op in Rubery in Birmingham today. some were even reduced to a £1.
