No it hasn't, they've probably had it before (sometime last year presumably) but introduced it back now.

This has been in co op at this price all year, my mum loves it so buys it a lot. Not really a deal as there is no price drop.

Really? Wow, my Co-op is pretty late then as this just came in... Well, the last time it was posted was like 11 months ago so I assumed it was worth reminding the community again then I guess? Thanks for both of you for making me aware of this though.

Damn... Deleted my comment by mistake. Anyways if it clearly states that it’s suitable for vegetarians then it won't contain this substance within the product.
I'm aware many other supermarkets still use Gelatine though (excluding Co-Op of course) for their trifles.
