I am assuming this is just a DLC code in a box with Vanilla SFV disc?

As far as I have heard and read on forums, yes it is a DLC. Not a good move by Capcom. They have p***ed more people off doing that. But if you are new to the series, it is a good buy IMO. The Arcade edition is still around £15-£16 and this most likely is going to be their final version of the game.

Nice price for a pre-order.

£15 would be an even nicer price.

Heat in the meantime.
Finally under £20! I bought the Canadian digital version of the base game for something silly like £40, but this is tempting.

Fantastic value if you just have the base game with no DLC
How big is a Blu-ray disc and they didn't include all advertised content on one?? Lazy. Cheap. Lazy.

Or I am missing something

Yea it's the base game plus all the season passes and most of the additional costumes and stages
This will be the second time I don't buy this game. So damn annoyed with Capcom! Who makes these decisions? RE7 Gold and Monster Hunter World: Iceborn both have all DLC on the disc. Then they go and mess it all by throwing useless codes in for what is supposed to be the final version of their game.

Apart from balance patches I can't see any new characters coming this year. And with the PS5 being backwards compatible they can't exactly launch a new version for it when this existing one will work from day one. Massively disappointed.
I bought the Standard edition then I sold it for the Arcade editon for the DLC, what does capcon do? These make all DLC free for Standard Edition.

They should give all DLC free for Arcade Edtion holders
Wow, after all these years Capcom are still churning out the same game rereleased as Arcade/Champion/Super Dooper editions...

It costs £20 to upgrade from standard to champion edition, it isn't free.
