Part of the Capcom sale on Humble. Fantastic game IMO despite what the naysayers say. Single player content still light so you may need not apply if you don't plan on playing against other humans.

I agree. Despite the rushed release and ongoing problems (and there absolutely are some) it is still my favourite current gen fighting game.

If you're looking for a single player fighting game, this probably isn't the game for you. If you're looking to fight against other people, either locally or online, it's good.

It's really amazing to have games like this and Guilty Gear on PC. Playing on a gysnc screen the input lag is just so much less compared to the console counterparts, definitely adds to my enjoyment.

Tesco doing it £14

On PS4, not PC. Also looks like no stock at Tesco now.

Good price for a good game but it's DLC characters again which annoys me

Its unreasonable to expect them to support the game until 2020 without any additional revenue. Personally I find the a la carte DLC model preferable to updated versions of the game requiring you to buy the game again, splintering the fan base. You can purchase characters that you want with in game currency, enough single player content there earn about 4 characters worth. Granted if you are a completionist and want all the stages/costumes its gonna get expensive.

Season pass 1 == All characters you can earn in the game plus 6 premium alternative costumes £16. So £16 for 6 costumes is a rip off.
Street fighter X Tekken DLC 12 new characters for £15 which seems better value to me.

If you're adding addition characters or stages then it's worth while but costumes ? Also the christmas DLC wasn't included in the Season pass. To me a season pass should mean you get everything for that year and not unlocks and a new set of clothes.

Yup I agree its crap not getting everything in the season pass, though I does say what you get. I wish they just released a version that got you all dlc for life. I would be happy to £99 for super ultra mega pass that just got me everything for the life of the game.

is it free to play online? or is there a subscription based service like the ps4?

Free. It has crossplay also.

Really great gameplay but there's so many ways that it's sadly still a mess and incomplete as a whole. Not to mention the super steep grind wall for fight money - so yea you can technically 'earn' the characters, they take queues from mobile games and make it not worth the time.

For me £14 is still a bit much for something that feels so half baked in so many places. Maybe under a tenner and i'll bite.
