Good spec and price, also worth a look for £33.99 200Amp start but 400Amp peak with light but reviews are ? ..... amazon.co.uk/Max…CYH

Such a tiny amount of power on offer, these things are comical. It might tip your car over the edge and start it, if the battery is fractionally too weak to start it. Better off buying a decent set of jumpleads and asking someone nicely to help, or biting the bullet and buying a small car battery to go with the jump leads.

I started two cars one after the other last summer, with one of these. One car had been sat for 6 months over the winter.

I’d certainly recommend them over the alternative options you’ve listed. Who on earth wants to lug a car battery out the boot for a bump, when one of these can do the same thing?

Overinflated RRP. This is about the right price for this. Around £10/£15 more could buy one that will start a car engine that's almost double the capacity that this one will start.
