*UPDATE : Anyone who has access to the Lenovo Rewards store through work should also be to purchase the deals mentioned*

I have been looking for monitors for a while and just came across this via the Lenovo Education store. The L27m-28 has already been reduced from £199.99 to £179.99, but having either a Student Beans or Unidays account reduces this further to just £79.99!

The discount code is "SHOPLENOVO" but from what I can see, you will need a student account to proceed to checkout.

Other monitors are available at a discount as well if this doesn't tick your boxes:

Here are the details and specs:
The Lenovo L27m-28 IPS monitor provides an unobstructed viewing experience with its NearEdgeless screen. The full-HD, large 27-inch screen offers enough screen real estate to have multiple working windows at once. The impressive and eye-catching display will be the centrepiece of your desktop, at home, or in the office. Apart from the latest USB Type-C single cable solution, this monitor also features HDMI and VGA ports for versatile connectivity. Compliance with ENERGY STAR 7.1, RoHS, and other green requirements ensure that you are doing your bit for the environment. VESA mount points available.

What's the difference between this and the L27i

Google is amazing you know, you should really try it some day.
More cables, more I/O, more power draw.
27inch FHD - no thanks.

That's a cracker of a deal, even if I don't have much love for Lenovo.

They have the L24q-10 23.8" Quad HD for £81.99
lenovo.com/gb/…3UK

I am trying to resist buying something I don't really need.
Got one, bargain for the money! Was the same price via my work portal
Just bought the 24 inch one for £59, well happy!
Heat added

I really did not need another monitor.
Thanks. I was too tight to replace my 22" monitor until I saw this!

Further education.
How would this perform as a TV?
This looks like an excellent deal!

I couldn't find any info about speakers, I guess it doesn't have any? Not the end of the world, as it as audio out (my current monitor doesn't, which is awkward with AppleTV/ xbox).

I also couldn't find out the USB-C PD spec - the manual states that the monitor's typical power consumption is 26w and maximum is 115w, so potentially 85w PD?

Just tried and the code is still working. Have you logged into your student account?

Having issues checking out. I get the message "We are sorry. The product could not be found with supplied information, please contact our sales team on 0125 6774577 for assistance with your order". I'm logged in to my student account and price and code applies fine

Maybe try adding the part number directly into the basket (the text box on the left)?

just go to lenovo.com/gb/en/ which will let you see their full range of fruit and vegetables priced for the working full-price paying public, not those in society that struggle to cook a pot noodle yet feel they know everything whilst supporting the likes of Owen Jones (I'd like to take a swipe with a monitor or laptop to his head).

There you will see the QHD L24Q-10 for £130 (£50 off - best price since black Friday) and it's 27" brother L27Q-10 for £200 (£60 off).

They're not the last word in sophistication but they're good for everyday work & media usage.

Presumably you need some sort of edu email to register as a student that likes beans?

If you have a unidays account, login to it and search for the Lenovo discount. Follow through and it will automatically log you in to the education portal. Once you have done this, come back and click the link I posted and it should take you right to the product page.

Either "edu" or "ac.uk" email
ah man, been looking at monitors as mine has just crapped out. Can't afford one at the standard prices and only have a NUS account
If your a student and can afford an 80quid monitor then you dont need discount codes. Ridiculous

You will need to be signed up with either Student Beans or Unidays. That process requires a university email address that will be verified via the standard "send an email and click the link" process. There is no membership fee for Student Beans or Unidays.
