lets wait for the "windows 7 64 bit is to much for a pc to handle"

My studio 15 with 4gb of ram easily runs 64 bit windows with a breeze. only has a 2.1Mhz dual core pentium processer.

64 bit is nothing for hardware to run these days

Is this not better for the price? ]http//ww…e=3

 Hold on any one got any codes, i last ordered the Vostrio after a guy posted a 10% code for everyone :whistling:

That Vostro £90 off 549 is not working anymore and I wanted to order from that link:

Don't think its that cheap. I got an open-box Samsung R580 of exactly the same specs except with a better Nvidia GeForce 310M GPU from Arogs Clearence Bargains for £449 recently, so I don't think this £550 Dell represents very good value for money.

sorry for my ignorance but how does this spec look to the one below at similar price but a little hotter?

VAIO is a much nicer laptop, it has great build quality and feels/looks far more high end. However, it has 3GB ram (this has 4GB) a 320GB hard drive (this has 500GB) and relies on intel integrated graphics unlike the Studio which has dedicated ATI. However, I don't think those extras are worth another £80 so the VAIO is the better buy IMO.

I'd rather have the Dell.

Dell are good i had no problems i got mine for £479 back on october.

They have a support website too and the studio laptops are stylish and feel very light so easy to carry around the downside is that they use plastics instead of aluminium that you get with the XPS laptops but build quality is still decent, mines is superb i love it
