I'll say this everytime items like this are posted........

DO NOT USE this for more the 3 days.

I'm currently awaiting turbinate reduction surgery and I am currently reliant on this spray and have been for a number of years. It is believed that this spray is the cause of my enlarged turbinates due to years of abuse.

Anything longer than 3 days will affect the vessels in the nose and cause inflammation. The inflammation causes a blocked nose. You'll then spray this to reduce the inflammation, further irritating the vessels, so on and so forth and before you know it you're stuck with it.

    It's called rebound congestion.

    https://www.houstonmethodist.org/blog/articles/2022/mar/how-long-does-rebound-congestion-last-5-more-rebound-congestion-questions-answered/#:~:text=Rebound%20congestion%2C%20though%2C%20isn',three%20days%20in%20a%20row.

If just one person heeds this advice then I've done my work (edited)

I had the same problem Rebound Congestion from using this every day for over a year. Started needing to use it every hour. I managed to get off it by completely stopping using it but I had weeks of sleepless nights and constant blocked nose. I will never use these again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have a permanent blocked nose. Has anyone ever done a sinus saline rinse?

Lots of time - can help but you may need to be persistent with it. You can either buy a neti pot and make your own solution or buy off the shelf, something like Sterimar.
