fank yooo
well worth it for a quid
This stuff is EXCELLENT - Spray from fully blocked to clear in about 10 mins.

By clear. . I mean totally clear. It lasts for a few hours as well.

Have to say for this price it is a steal. Personally I'd happily pay the full price for the job it does.
Curious but does anyone have it's ingredients? I'm being lazy not searching myself sorry!
Active Ingredients:
Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v.

Other ingredients:
Benzalkonium chloride, disodium edatate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium monohydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, sorbitol solution, purified water.
do not use it more than couple of days - en.wikipedia.org/wik…osa

michalko you are correct regarding risk of rhinitis medicamentosa. You can use it for up to 2 weeks, but if your problems are perennial rhinitis or some other type of allergic/inflammatory problem you are better off with regular nasal corticosteroids. A word of warning though, unilateral nasal obstructive symptoms are best assessed by a doctor.
If this one irritates people, look for Vicks comfort, much easier to tolerate. And also don't use for long.
Good Stuff
I think I'll stick to Sterimar - plain old salt water jetted up yer shnoz! Tho it ain't as cheap - a reviewer of it on Amazon snorts salt water (from a teaspoon!) instead which of course is much much cheaper.

Gargle it, swim in it, and squirt it up your nose... no weird chemicals to worry about
not to be sniffed at
I think this must be the cheapest price I've ever seen this stuff for.
Never buy nothing from BOOTS its a rip off
My local poundland are doing these
Confused by the title...

Is this £1 or £3.29?

£3.29 does not seem a bargain. LOL
gritsucker

not to be sniffed at

*groan*.. you did not
Excellent deal for cocaine enthusiasts and heyfever sufferers alike

I will check in my local....thanks.
This is dramatically more effective than any of the oral decongestants (Sudafed, Sinutab etc.). This brand delivers a metered dose, and is easier to use than other brands which require you to squeeze the bottle. If the expiry date is ok, then definitely worth picking one up for that next cold
Got some of this today as I'm quite ill. It works OK but not as good as some of the other stuff I've used before. Benadryl is also half price at £1.25.

Sudafed Ingredients
This stuff is awesome, always works for me.
I just find it hard to come off the stuff after the 2 weeks, my nose is always semi-blocked!
no pseudoephedrine, cold
THE best nasal decongestant out there.
Never did get on with these, always seemed to make me worse. Not a bad deal though if it works for you!
good find, have some heat.
When you can't sleep from inability to breathe, it's a **** isn't it?, try this gear it's top notch!
Is this good after a weekend on the patsy clynes?
Gone back up in price in three manchester stores I visited...
