A book written by fakes lol. Waste of money, even at 85p.
I could write one of these.

Page 1.
Stop eating crap and make your own meals with proper ingredients.

The other 300 pages could be blank.
Banana hasn’t any sugar in then... misleading title for a book. Perhaps “quit non natural sugar and lose weight “ but I guess this isn’t so catchy has a book title.
Quit sugar? Sorry I like fruit too.

Fruit is fine. This book doesn't tell you to stop eating fruit but foods with added sugar.

Yeah the title is misleading. Fruit has loads of nutritional value. The fibre in fruit dampens the effects of insulin unlike added sugar in junk food.
