Ooooh oooh Clint fans/Leone fans/Tarantino fans/Japanese film fans/Film fans go and treat yourself to this; go on; you really should. Superb!!

Two connoisseurs of violence--prolific Japanese director Takashi Miike and American icon Quention Tarantino--team up for this genre mash-up. SUKIYAKI WESTERN DJANGO follows two clashing clans in Japan as they both try to lure a talented shooter to their side. Tarantino makes a brief appearance in this film that pays homage to both the spaghetti western and classic Japanese cinema.

Downloaded this a few weeks ago, really is a mad film
At that price certainly worth owning for people who like their movies a little bit different.

I dunno that I'd list this amongst Takashi Miike's best but it's not a bad film. However for an Asian-Western, you can't beat The Good The Bad & The Weird. That film is a must watch for anybody remotely interested in asian action movies.

I love Miike's stuff, and this is a fun film, but it's certainly nothing special. Just a heads up.

Yeah, good price for this. Not a great film, more like a bunch of guys with bizarre accents pissing around for 90 minutes. Like watching Tottenham play on acid I suppose.

As far as I know this has nothing to do with Tarentino, apart from obvious Resevoir Dogs influences. This is a solo Miike take on spag Westerns with an Eastern flavour
