ALL INCLUSIVE HOLIDAYS:

Lots of all inclusive holidays starting at £188 per person too but these are bottom of the range, I would suggest looking at those priced at £250 upwards for anything half decent! I will try to list as many good ones I find as possible but I have to start work now.

Anything for 2 adults depart from Glasgow?

I have already put a deposit down on a hotel for just over £700 for the end of the summer holidays, just need flights. If the flights are going to cost more than a bundle deal then I will just go for that instead I think. Never done a summer hol holiday, has always been May, but schools now do exams each May, so I can see the price of holidays going down a bit in May soon.

Keep up the good work, I love these holiday posts, makes me gutted im not rich, and I cant just jump on a plane

Lol It was a spur of the moment, luckily only put a £5 deposit down, haven't paid anymore till my work authorise my holiday, but tbh im just hoping to come across a deal like this in the end

Ive posted before on this but I stayed at the hotel moreyo, it was a nice little family run hotel. No aircon but you can hire on request, some of the larger complexes a hundred yards or so away will let you use their facilities (pool etc) if you buy a drink. This is a great deal!

Slightly cheaper if you book flights and hotel separately - Ryanair for the flights, travel republic for the hotel.

Seems to be good availability throughout August starting from £28.99 per person. Also, booking direct with Ryanair it is easier to see dates and times that are a little cheaper.

No good to me. Thought about it until I checked the price of the train from London to Manchester and the train is more expensive than the flights (and that's with a 75% discount!)

Love looking at all your holiday deals!already going to Disney but can always fit in another one!:)

Thanks for this. As I was looking at the Ryanair site, the price of the flights went up, so I booked with Travel Republic. Does anyone know if the flight prices with Travel republic are guaranteed? I haven't booked accommodation yet.

I am afraid they are not as they are an agent and then need to go on and book your flight! It tells you that your holiday is not confirmed until you hve received confirmation from your supplier, if the price does go up before they are able to book them they wil contact you asking if you still wish to go ahead at the higher price.

If the price has gone up on ryanair then i would suggest deleting your cookies, clearing your cache and researching, !! you might be surprised at the result

Argh I really want to book but we'd be travelling with a wheelchair passenger, so have to book in person to ensure everything is accessible so sky high prices

does this deal go 4 family of 6?

Cala Bona is a lovely resort very tempted

Brilliant deal Stacey. You hardly ever see deals like this in the school holidays. This should be scorching!

i have booked the flights Thurs - Thurs directly with Ryanair now. Will look for accommodation separately. Thanks so much for this, it is perfect timing for us at a price we can afford

Sunshine Stacey I'm trying to book but it's asking me for £375 deposit which intially said £1 per person but in the price listing it says only £95 is due? Please advise as I'd like to book tonight?

Just looking at this now and the difference in price for us (family of 5) flying out of Newcastle compared to Manchester is huge - ryan air compared to easy jet. Very tempted to get flights now and take longer on the accommodation choice. Will these deals be around long do people think?

This sounds good, how about a southern airport though please?

£1 pp will be the deposit for the hotel, you have to pay for the flights up front, i dont know what the £95 is all about?

i doubt the flights will be.

I often book flights and worry about hotel later as the list is always endless for hotels xxx

Thanks, just booked flight to Cyprus for two weeks for £500 inc bags for four, I'm happy with that price, expensive and hard to get flights to Cyprus in August! Never booked so early in my life!!

Thanks Stacy. Just booked for 7 nights from Manchester for 5 of us self catering (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant) for just over £1000 including luggage, transfers etc at a nice looking and rated family place. Really pleased :-)

thanks

Great shame not from Bournemouth

Our flights have gone up £76 since booking late last night and this afternoon when TravelRepublic have emailed us. In the grand scheme of things we can live with that but it's a bit crap in 2013 that when paying for tickets using their site there can be a '12 hour delay' in confirming the prices. Is this common Stacey?

I wouldnt say it was common I would say its unlucky, but I guess there might have been several people booking these same flights last night and Ryanair only have so many seats at the cheap price. For immediate booking you would need to book direct with Ryanair, which is something I have always done in the past, the reason this time I decided to go via Travel Republic was due to it being a family summer holiday and TR include your ATOL Protection.

As I say it's not a big issue in the grand scheme of things and to be fair with Travel Republic they did say that if there was another increase between me confirming I would pay the extra they would pay the difference. Still under £1100 for the flights and hotel for 7 nights inc transfers, luggage etc peak season so happy overall :-) Will maybe book flights first and direct next time though although as you say then the ATOL protection wouldn't be applied...

yeah its always hard trying to weight up what to do - i sat with the pages open in front of me for about an hour before I made the decision to book with TR. I got lucky and got my confirmations through straight away. I learned this though when I was booking for Dublin and they rang me straight away to say the flights had gone up by about £3 or something lol - since then I have always booked direct... that said we got kind of stuck the opposite way around in October when we almost missed our flight due to storms and everyone was sat on trapped on the coach digging out their ATOL certificates whilst I was reaching for my credit card

what flights are you on then you might be on the same as me? lol

We're off on 6:30 flight out of Manchester on Wedneday 30th and back 7 nights later on the 18:20 flight.

drat and there was me thinking i might get a drink in the airport lol - we are flying out on 28th returning on 6th at 10.30 xx (9 nights) x

Ha ha our family of 5 are staying at the Plazamar Apartments in Santa Ponsa on a self catering basis as we read we can upgrade to all inclusive if we want when there for the same cost or less than we were offered via TR. Do you know much about it? Will it be ok for 2 adults, a 5, 6 and 22 month year old?

If you are nearby we would be happy to buy you a drink to say thanks!

aww thats really sweet but you will be pleased to hear im all inclusive so you can buy yourself an extra drink on the beach We are staying in Torrenova, (its just between magaluf and palma nova so you get the best of both worlds really, somewhere for a nice wonder to the shops but away from the every day hustle and bustle. There is quite a group of us booked to go, my sister and her family and my mum and her husband too

The husband really wanted to go back to Callas de Mallorca for a few days but it was just working out too expensive so maybe we can go there towards the end of the year with a voucher we have for Thomas Cook xxx

From my experience it is cheaper to book your all inclusive before you go, that said if you wait till you get there maybe you could just pay to upgrade for the last few days?

Cheers again Stacey. I have done the sums (I am on HKUD after all!) and it actually seems a little cheaper to pay up to €80 per day for the all inclusive upgrade that's available at the hotel for us lot than buy it upfront and to be honest I'm not sure I want to be committed to hotel food and drink all day every day as we would feel we needed to do make full use of it as we had already paid for it etc. Enjoy your hols - we can't wait!
