    Received a refund and I therefore presume that Banquet have again been selling items without having the stock.

    As much as I enjoy supporting local businesses, this is very much true to form for Banquet. Five out of twelve items ordered have been out of stock, when showing as in stock at check out.

    Sadly Banquet have had this problem for a long time. You just can’t rely on getting your records in a timely manner (if at all) with them. They have great customer service so there’s never any issue with getting a refund, it’s such a shame that they just can’t get their online stock control sorted as I think they are a great shop otherwise.
